The pharmacy staff is absolutely horrendous. They are rude disrespectful and have hung up on my insurance company and myself. Everytime I go there the techs are yelling or being disrespectful to a customer or to me. read more

It would be great if this business would stay open until the posted closing time. Third time this has happened that I have came within an hour of them closing and they decide to close early. I am just thankful that at these times I was picking up a medication that was not dealing with pain management or something serious but definitely a huge inconvenience out of my day. I couldn't imagine someone who depends on their medicine not being able to get it during the open time. If my insurance would let me pick up my medication at Walgreens, I would never go to CVS another day in my life and I hate to say that. read more

Awefull. Pharmacy Clerks are rude, inpatient and not helpful. Pharmacist wouldn't get involved to manage the horrible interaction/experience. This was regarding managing my diabetes. They wouldn't fill the doctor's prescription because insurance wouldn't pay for it, even tho I pay out of pocket each time I've gone there. It shouldn't matter who is paying for it, the doctors order was to fill the prescription. It should have been ready to be paid for when I got there, they had the prescription for more than 24 hours. When I explained that I pay out of pocket they said it would be 40 min to wait... no one was in the store waiting and my prescription is not pills but a CGM that is prepackaged and ready to go. I'll never ever shop at any cvs ever again... this was not the first bad experience here... but it's my last. I gave them one star but they don't deserve even one star. I worked in healthcare management for many years and I know the difference between good healthcare and bad. This pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. Meijers Had the prescription transferred and filled within 10 min. This cvs pharmacy staff SUCKS. The other reviews back me up... Shame on you CVS, especially dealing with elder customers. read more

One star because you can't give less. I went in to transfer a prescription to this location from CVS Caremark, the mail order version of CVS. I spoke to the person behind the counter, they go and speak to someone else and come back and tell me that they're too busy, I need to go to another pharmacy. What the heck kind of customer service is that. read more

This location is severely understaffed. Every time I need to call I'm on hold 30 minutes or more before ever talking to a human. I have also had several errors in prescription refills. The latest was I was given a one month supply but they marked it as a three month supply. It took hours to get them to give me the remaining two months supply of medication. Avoid this store at all costs. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AWFUL CVS PHARMACY LOCATION!!! I moved and changed from another CVS and they text to say your script is filled and ready, then you show up and it isn't ready so next time you try to call ahead to confirm and that doesn't work because they don't answer the phone 75% of the time. I have been trying to switch pharmacies for A YEAR with no luck...despite many tries cvs will not release and transfer my prescriptions!!! I've been forced to call corporate to accomplish this seemingly easy task!!! read more

I just switched all of my prescriptions to a new pharmacy from this location. They are rude, never have medication in stock, and no one comes to the drive thru. Yesterday the shelves for the over-the-counter medications were almost completely bare. Several of us waited to talk to one of the FOUR people working at the pharmacy and they ALL ignored us for several minutes. The man working finally walked over and answered one woman's question, but was clearly annoyed. I wasn't surprised to come on here and find all one star reviews. read more

Customer service is trash. They have 1:30 - 2:00 closed lunch for pharmacy. Store is a mess.

Expired milk. More than once, too. That is not a good sign. This location is chronically understaffed, too, which means long lines and unhappy customers. I think this gets to the employees as well, because they are either too friendly (to make up for the wait) or not at all friendly (because it sucks for them, too). This is the only CVS in the area, and we had to use them for our insurance, but if not for that, I would give my business to one of the two Walgreens within a mile of this location. read more

Terrible customer service. I had a script sent over and called to update insurance information so they could fill the script before I got there. Waited 45 minutes on hold only to be dismissed completely and told to bring in my insurance card. I get there and they were mostly standing around restocking the pharmacy, so the hold time on the phone shouldn't have been so long. I gave my card and they took one look at the card and said they aren't in network and looked at me to figure out what to do from there. Never running into this issue before I assumed I could call my provider and have the script transferred. My provider said the pharmacy would have to transfer it and that it is a known service they will provide (even though in person they didn't offer that to me). I call again and placed on another 40 min hold just for them to tell me I'd have to get the new pharmacy to call and request my prescription, they would not transfer it for me. I had issues with this same pharmacy when scheduling my covid tests, definitely will not return even to shop outside of the pharmacy. read more

I have been shopping in this cvs and getting prescriptions filled for about 9 months now and some of the pharmacists have been rude but the majority of them are nice and friendly and helpful and most of the workers are friendly, some were in need of a better personality!...the reason i will never shop in this store again is because when i was there Friday, 8/10/18 about 1pm, i started noticing that 3 of the people who work there, i mean bosses, started watching me and then would appear at the end of every isle i was looking in, that made me MAD!!!! Yes i know how things are in this day and age but if they thought i was stealing then they should've came up to me and ask to see my pockets/backpack. I carry a backpack because i walk everywhere and i even carry a little emergency kit in there, you never know when you or someone else may need a bandaid, etc. Plus my prescription bags fit nicely into my backpack. I had my cell phone in a pocket on my shorts and people kept texting me and of course i was texting them back. And each time i would finish texting, of course i'd put my cell back into my pocket....on my walk home i thought maybe they thought i was trying to stick small items into my pocket? I wanted to tell them to just search me and get it over with, but i was getting so upset i was concerned that i would really lose my temper and say things that i would deeply regret, so I bought the few the items i wanted, checked out and left, and i will never shop in that store again!!!!! read more
