However, I recently moved and started using the North Bend location and I must relay that the pharmacy staff is the most unprofessional, rudest, and unorganized staff I have ever encountered. every prescription is a hassle, each time is a problem and they do nothing to enuse good or even adequate customer service. Today, I moved all of my scripts back to Boudinot where they know how to treat repeat customers and do a great job with the prescribers and physicians. will never go to north bend again.

The staff are very friendly but this pharmacy has major issues - I moved here from FL about a year ago and it's a rarity my prescription is ready when it shares it is online or I get the message. It seems there is a great lack of communication as well as my FL Walgreens would reach out if there were any issues or questions where I've only had that once since moving here. This was actually the store at 6140 Glenway inside Target, but I couldn't find a listing for them. Just happened to be having my eye exam next door and since I had time to waste thought I would get a prescription filled. There was a problem with my insurance so I asked the Pharmacist (who was being extremely rude and condescending) if she would call and see what the problem was, and she pointed out to me that it was not her responsibility to find out what the problem was with my insurance. So my response was I would just pay cash and deal with my Insurance Company when I got home. She then claimed that I was exhibiting drug seeking tendencies and accused me of going from pharmacy to pharmacy to fill illegal prescriptions, which infuriated me and While I realize that does happen it seems to me that it would be her responsibility to call the police and report me if she felt that is what I was doing, Or she could have shown a little customer service and called my Doctors office if she had concerns. read more
