The pharmacy could then contact the Kaiser pharmacy to have an authorization sent in. Time was running out. It was late on a Friday afternoon when we arrived at the Smith Lockwood pharmacy. The people there was unbelievably helpful and patient and managed to fill my prescription before closing time. Since this prescription was essential to me, I was so grateful for their help.
