I went to pick up a prescription on Sunday that I was told would be ready the previous Friday. When I went to get it, Emily told me it was not ready and I would have to wait thirty minutes. I explained that I had called on Friday and was told it would be ready by noon that day. She said, "Well I don't know anything about that, we are not McDonald's and you will just have to wait."
A proper response would have been to say, "I am so sorry, let me see if I can get that more quickly for you." Instead she said, "Well there are seven other prescriptions ahead of you, so you will just have to wait."
