She accused me out of the blue of "snatching"the bag out of her hand. I said that I did not and asked for her name. She was very confrontational about the bad "being snatched" when asked for her name... she said "Don't worry about it". I asked the Pharmacist and the other tech for her name and they ignored me. I saw her name on the street and walked out. I will be moving all of my meds to Kroger thanks to the horrible experience with Polliean.

I called the Kaiser advice nurse, and she said that she could send a message to my doctor for approval and that we could have the prescription sent to a Rockmart pharmacy. The pharmacy could then contact the Kaiser pharmacy to have an authorization sent in. Time was running out. It was late on a Friday afternoon when we arrived at the Smith Lockwood pharmacy. The people there was unbelievably helpful and patient and managed to fill my prescription before closing time. Since this prescription was essential to me, I was so grateful for their help. What delightful people. What excellent service.

Once I was at the store, the pickup staff were unable to reverse the charges, directing me to the corporate 800 number. After spending 10 minutes navigating an unhelpful phone AI, I was told they couldn't assist me. I then had to track down the staff to retrieve the unwanted substitute items and go inside the store to Customer Service for the correction. The entire process, which is designed for convenience, took over 30 minutes to fix. The store and call-in support systems need to be drastically improved to allow for immediate corrections on-site.
