All the employees are knowledgeable, patient and process minded. As with any profession they can only help you if given the proper tools from the doctor or from you. Example: they can't fill prescriptions the doctor didn't send over, they can't bill your insurance if don't have your insurance card, they cannot get refills from the doctors office approved in minutes. Be an informed patient, be prepared, and don't be in a rush. Call your prescriptions in ahead of time, use the amazing Walgreens mobile app, sign up for text alerts when your prescriptions are ready... This location has a drive thru pharmacy and is open 7 days a week. They flavor liquid medication upon request ($2.99 fee). They have an onsite digital photo lab where you can get prints, enlargements, posters and canvases made. They have a variety of snacks, drinks, holiday items plus all your over the counter medication needs.

The Pharmacist called and was extremely rude didn't give me any information on the patient and when I stated that the doctor was out for the day, she was extremely rude and hung up. When I called back shortly after as I was able to get the information from someone else, she was even more rude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She also hung up both times without ending the call.

I was walking through the aisles after picking up my product while talking to my sister on the phone when she waved to get my attetion and reprimanded me in the middle of the store for broadcasting my conversation to the only other person in the store: her. She unpolitely enformed me that she could in fact hear every word of my conversation and when I assured her it wasn't private and didn't bother me if she heard what I was saying, she was quick to make sure I knew that it bothered her. After being thoroughly humilated I immediately put down my item and walked out, feeling as though I could not give them my services after the way she had spoken to me. Overall very rude and inconsiderate.

I have been purchasing a medication for over a year, having to refill it every few months. The…read moremedication is delivered in a syringe and the syringe (injector) is poorly designed causing much of the medication to be ejected wastefully. The previous time I ordered the medication, I complained about the injector because of the med being wasted, and I was told that they are having problems with the syringe and are looking for a new one. This last time, I must have lost half of the medication because it just POURED out when I went to use it. It's expensive! The employees at NuCara are pleasant to speak with, but nothing changes and I just keep spending more and more money refilling the prescription with them. They should correct the issue or make financial compensation to the patient.
