The process to look at and schedule an appointment on the Walgreens app continues to be pretty good with continued excellent availability and scheduling ease. The form fill-out process on the app appeared to be successful this year as opposed to the last experience. The only snag was the online check-in process was not optimal as it continued to say they were not open yet when it was past time for opening after lunch and staff had returned. This one thing was remedied by check-in at the desk/counter in the pharmacy itself, so not a big deal. I was seen in a very timely manner, and the healthcare professional performing the actual vaccination process was thorough, answering any questions, making sure all documentation as well as the vaccination itself was completed with efficiency. This visit was a more positive experience than last, definitely.

I got an email saying that my order had been received and it gave me a time they would be ready. Went to pick them up the next day instead of the same day and they had just finished printing. Good thing I didn't go the same day. The lady behind the counter asked if I had received an email that said they were ready. I didn't know that I would receive one. I just thought they would be ready at the time on the first email. My bad...never should assume anything. Evidently there is a shortage in photo paper especially the 4"x6". The cost was great and the quality of the photos was very good. I'd definitely use them again but I would double check that they are ready before I head to pick them up. Later, when I went to the register to pay for my purchase, she was r on her phone, but she still did not greet us, ask if we had rewards, or say thank you after completing the transaction. I understand that there may have been a situation that required her to use her phone, and I respect that emergencies can happen. It took the previous car about 7-8 min to get the Rx. By the time I reached the window they had closed it without paying attention who else was in line and how long they were waiting. As well, they closed the delivery window prior to 7 PM! They did not answer the phone that is at the drive-through. I finally went inside and spoke to the staff (two young females; likely Pharm Tech; one was Amana/Amina) who were extremely arrogant two young females and kept arguing with me. Finally the the Pharmacist, who was covering for the regular Pharmacist, helped me. He was kind, understood my issue and profusely apologized. Ultimately he dispensed the scripts much to the displeasure of the two female staff. I could see them making remarks amongst them, although could not make out what specifically they said! Overall, the store is fine but my only complaint -- and this probably applies to most CVS stores in general -- is that they seem to be pushing seasonal items more.
