But I am thankful for the service that Lilian did provide, unlike her manager and cashier employees, so I decided to add an extra star JUST FOR HER, but I still would not be shopping here ever again because I don't want to risk that happening to me again, especially with me also seeing a prior review on here of a past customer that was a victim of them overcharging their card for more than authorized. I have been coming here for over 30years and had never had anything other than good things to say until just recently . Apparently, I am one of many here that has issues with the same old racist white a hole on the night shift that's got a vendetta against anyone who doesn't give him the praise and respect his high profile position deserves. For the last 3 or 4 months he has been forcing me out of the store under threat of arrest . He claimed he was kicking me out in accordance with his morning managers wishes . I rarely wake up early enough to be able to catch thaf Manager but a few days ago I finally did and asked him why I wasn't allowed in at night - he had no idea who I was or what I wAs talking about ... The next evening I passed by the store and saw police out front escorting a guy out . He wasn't arrested though. I caught up to him and he explained that he too has been kicked out by the same old guy for several weeks and was tired of it so he took a stand . He was adamant it was because the old man was racist. Then a light bulb went off. This guy has never been able to tell me why his manager supposedly wants me gone, he works nights yet claims to be under orders of the morning manager who he doesn't work with , and every person on this board that's made a complaint about him coincidentally is non Caucasian. When the cops were called he even admitted he had no idea why he was kicking me out! I know there are others that have had a run in with him. He needs to be let go read more

As I mentioned before I got fired by Mary who was not even my manager. She used to run this CVs ,but she was transferred to san Bruno branch. I have been on my own since I was 14 years old ,now I am 62. I have seen it all in my life. I know she was manipulating the system. She made a deal with the shop lifters to steal as much as they can ,but not to forget her cut ,but she was firing the newcomers employees by accusing them for stealing ,so she can show CVs how good she was ,and making money on the side as well That's why she was on my case everytime I baled a shoplifter with a good reason.
