Prescriptions not ready when "promised" so went home to wait the hour. Went back and picked up the prescriptions (2 hours after promise time) and when I got back out to the car and looked in the bag, one was missing. I called the store and they lied about needing insurance approval for Keflex. Then she proceeded to tell me it was my job to look at the prescriptions before I leave the store. They won't get my business any longer. read more

If I could give zero or half a star I would. Worst front-end customer service I've ever experienced! If ur an older shopper do not shop there in the evening when the younger employees are there. They would much rather talk to each other than help older customers check out. read more

Terrible pharmacy. Never have your prescriptions ready and constantly screaming they do not have enough people! If you use their web sight to see where you prescription is it will remain " in progress" forever until you call or complain about one week AFTER they had received the script. They actually told me that they will not fill it unless you call to confirm because they don't have enough people! read more

This has to be the worst RX I have ever been to. My boyfriend went to pick up his RX at 1:25. They shut down the whole pharmacy at 1:30, mind u it's still 1:25. The woman behind the counter told him to come back at 2:00. He and other people that were there expressed their concern over the RX. And once again we're told to come back at 2:00 . This particular CVS pharmacy is the absolute worst when it comes to answering the phone or picking up prescriptions in store. I've waited well over 30 minutes for them to answer, and ignored when I waited in store. Why bother having a pharmacy if customers can't even get the attention of the workers. My latest call I gave up after 7 minutes. read more

Unfortunately, this is the closest CVS to our house. The store is fine but the pharmacy staff is terrible. I had two members of my household to ask about at the counter, Mary made me get to the back of the line to ask about the second one. This is just one of many examples of poor pharmacy customer service. I emailed corporate about some issues a few months ago, no response back. read more

i went to pick up covid test for my uncle, they said my insurance might cover it after i already purchased 4 test for $82. turns out my insurance did cover them so i simply returned them to get the insured test. the lady ask for my card back so they can refund me and she gave a me a receipt that i lost 5 min later. i go home to find out they charged my card again instead of the refund. i called my bank and they did confirm they charged it twice. it even says purchase method: manually keyed. so she must of charged it again and not hit refund. i went to cvs again to find out they can't do nothing because i don't have the receipt. i couldn't even get a chance to show my bank statements that clearly say 2 charges were made at that location. the manager just rushed me out i hope that cvs gets shut down and they lose their jobs i got charged $164 for no reason and they don't wana refund or even get me another receipt. read more

Besides the parking lot full of huge craters, lines miles long for the pharmacy, dirty, and pharmacy staff acting like they're hanging with their buddies, this place is alright! Once you're passed all that, it's a great place. I've had enough with all the . Moving to Rite Aid. I really wish the standards for customer service and satisfaction had some impact on the quality of service in the West End area. Very dissappointed read more

Good customer service who knows where stuff is at when you need it.....unfortunately I wish I didn't have to not find it and ask them everytime, as drug stores always seem so unorganized imho But other than that they have solid, brand name products from band aids to energy drinks, and the drive thru is always nice and fast, and their call service always does its job without a second callback. My go to pharmacy! read more
