Closest CVS to the place we were staying. Since I couldn't bring a big bottle of sun tan lotion in my carry on, I figured I'd find it here and buy. Not really, they didn't have it in stock and what I was looking for it's a regular brand, not a fancy brand. So poor selection. Too bad since customer service is OK. Had to go somewhere else. absolutely terrible. I was told on Tuesday that my prescription would be filled on Saturday when I called to see if it was ready. They told me they would no longer fill any prescriptions for me. The only explanation was female pharmacist said that she doesn't feel comfortable. I've had these prescriptions for over a year. Nothing has changed the the prescriptions anything they are extremely unprofessional. I've been hung up on several times. I can't have a conversation with her because she wants to argue every time I call I called Corporate and several other CVS in the area and they all said that. Lying to me and it's a bunch of bullshit in their words. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. I wish I could give them zero stars. It doesn't surprise me. They have so many terrible reviews because they are extremely rude and unprofessional, except for some of the younger guys that work in the pharmacy I can't un recommend them enough. I purchased a variety of vitamins, and while placing them in my medicine cabinet at home, I discovered that one of them had been opened (Nature's Bounty Zinc; the inner seal under the cap had been removed, and at least half of the 200 tablets had been removed. Upon returning to the store the next day, Robert listened to my account of what had happened, he examined the bottle and my receipt, and then he allowed me to exchange for a bottle with cap and seal intact. I can only speak to the retail staff, specifically the cashier that checked us out last night. Her name was Monica and she was very good, multi tasking, nice to customers and efficient and by far the best cashier I have encountered at any CVS since moving to Fla. As for reviews on the pharmacy, I have not been to the this one however the CVS pharmacy by JetBlue is also horrendous and compassion and kindness is sorely lacking at that location and a surly and rude behavior is what I personally encountered. For this reason, I only shop retail at CVS when needed and rely on Walgreens primarily. I would say that if I encountered staff like Monica last night I might consider shopping CVS more frequently. read more

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen in my 73 years. They are obscenely slow , and also rude. My wife ordered a prescription for a severe headache on Monday night, and it won't be ready until Wednesday afternoon!! They need to observe the Miromar CVS , and watch how efficient and polite their employees are. read more

In general, CVSs are clean, well-stocked, well-lit and well-marked. This CVS is no different. But wait. It IS different. It had a drive-thru pharmacy! Have a kid in the back seat and don't want to trudge in? That walker of yours is just too much of a pain in the butt? Never fear! CVS is here. Now you have yet another reason to never get out of your car. On the boring side -- it is just like all CVSs other than that. It's not the biggest drug store I've ever been in but not the smallest. Was there this morning for a prescription for my 80 year old mother. I was told of the restrictions of the new script. Asked some questions because I wanted to be sure I understood. Like a flip of a switch, the pharmacist began to get an attitude with me. I told her that I apologize if I upset you in some way, but I'm just trying to understand. Didn't seem to help the situation... all I got was an eye roll as she went back to her work. I'm done with this CVS! read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. My doctor sent in prescription over 3 hours ago. I showed up and waited in line for 10 minutes to be told it's not ready that they are running an hour behind and to give them 15 more minutes.... umm sounds to me like your running more than an hour behind. Went to get a few items I needed and then got right back in line behind at least 10 other people to continue my wait. Avoid this place and go to the Walgreens down the street. read more

Very clean and nice; However the pharmacy has to be one of the worst. Seem to have a couple people filling prescriptions and 2 clerks, but slow service. Always searching for scripts. Have to wait forever, forget fr I've up, even worse. Called in for cancel of script 15 mins on hold, phone was picked up and hung up. Happened twice, third time I shouted into phone you'd better not hang up again and got someone, not very motivated, but at least a voice. Didn't solve my issue, didn't know how to do it. Will see if it gets done! People in line say it's this way all of the time. Get organized! Hope someone from CVS HQ reads this. read more

This place is ridiculous. I called three separate times waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy over 15 min each for two calls and 33 min for the other- didn't even get to speak to anyone. Both on the 23rd and 24th of December. How is that ok? I am normally a CVS customer. I finally called the front store and some guy is like "they must be busy". This is Bonita Springs, not a bustling metropolis where customers are 15 people deep at all times - ft Lauderdale and NYC where I have lived in recent years have way more customers and manage them much better. The manager of the store needs to address this with his pharmacy staff ASAP. Unacceptable. Switching all of my prescriptions to Walgreens so I don't have to deal with this again. read more

Mary Beth was unfriendly and mistaken as I had received the text from them that my RX was ready yesterday only to arrive and be told it wasn't processed yet 5 minutes after I left I get a second email saying it's ready. Time to replace or retrain this employee, poor thing! read more

I called to see ask the pharmacist a question and I was shock as to the manner I was spoken to. Liz was so rude and unprofessional. She was speaking to me as if I was a small child. She later told me that she was not the pharmacist that the pharmacist was on lunch. Is that how she treats the customers, or only when the pharmacist is not there to watch her! Had a prescription called in from my doctors office. Received a text from CVS that they needed insurance info. Followed the instructions and my insurance info was submitted successfully. Get to the CVS to pick up my prescription (with my insurance card in hand), am told by the salesperson to be careful with the facility I am going to for the procedure that required my prescription. I was the only customer at the time. When I arrived home to open the RX, I saw that there was a note about trying to process the RX through my insurance and to provide insurance information when picking up the RX. Why wasn't I asked this by the pharmacy tech when I checked out? I called immediately and was on hold for 45 minutes. Called again to the front of the store, was told he couldn't see if there was a line, and he transferred me to the pharmacy, where I was then on hold for another 45 minutes until the store was closed. This is unacceptable. read more
