The pharmacy was super busy. Both the drive through line and line inside were nonstop. Despite being super busy, they filled my prescriptions in 45 min. I would say that's pretty good because days my normal pharmacy y doesn't look busy, the standard wait is 30-45 min. read more

I had an Rx transferred to this pharmacy lady over the phone was a little dry but she got the job nonetheless. Pharmacy pickup (drive-thru) was fast and simple. Easier and more pleasant service here than in Miami locations. read more

OK, so we dropped off two prescriptions at 10 am to be picked up by early afternoon. Told - no problem. When you arrived back at 2 p.m. to pick them up, and being second in line, we waited almost 20 minutes to move up to the front! Obviously, the person in front of us had simply just dropped off his prescription and instead of asking him to pull around, they allowed him to wait. UGH! By the time we pulled up to the window, now 20 minutes later, there were 5 cars behind us. The guy behind the window counter told us there were short handed, and he was handling both the window and the front register. Pitiful! Other CVS and Walgreens to go to - avoid this one unless you have nothing else to do with your time! read more

Go to any other pharmacy to have a better day. I went to get my prescription filled. I always use CVS back home. The cashier had an attitude and told me they "couldn't" fill my prescription because it was "out of state". When I questioned this she condescendingly and slowly said, "We're in Georgia" as if I was not questioning the ridiculousness of her statement and instead I was not aware of the state I was in. They are 8 miles from Tennessee. Then, she tried to tell me it was because it was a narcotic (it isn't...not even remotely). I went to Walmart (still in GA, right up the road). They were all smiles, professional, and could not understand why there would be ANY problem filling my prescription. Then my brother (a pharmacist) said there is no such rule and they were likely being rude and lazy. I guess they don't want to have prescriptions to have to fill. So, you should respect their wishes and take your prescriptions elsewhere. ;-) read more

The absolute worse CVS Pharmacy be prepared to wait and be ignored. The first visit I thought it was just a bad day, the second time started the trend, the third time results in a review to warn others and fining another pharmacy that is professional. read more

Using this pharmacy is a painful experience. It is the worst managed pharmacy I've ever been required by insurance to use. They routinely have one cashier who manages the inside lines And drive up, rotating customers. One associate is so hard headed and arrogant she won't listen to the customer, cuts me off and talks over me. It takes forever to pick up a Rx and most times requires multiple stops. If you can, avoid this place like a virus. read more
