Stepping inside, I didn't know I was in the right place because it was a chiropractor office with a front desk and everything. Stepping past that, it is a normal coffee shop that has pastries, sandwiches, and other goodies, all homemade. I ordered a vanilla chai latte and it came out quickly and tasted great. There weren't that many people there so I grabbed a nice round table in the corner to take my call. The wifi was strong and I ended up chatting with a few other guests before by call. So while it went quickly in the back, it was not rushed. The medical staff was very friendly. I would say aside from the long wait, it was a pleasant visit for an urgent care. I saw a lot of bad reviews on Google about the front staff. I would say they were overly friendly but they also were not rude to me.

We just moved here so its a great comfort to me to know we have you all close. Everyone was so kind and efficient during her 3-day stay. I wish I had all of your names but I just don't, but here's a few of the folks that we wish to say thank you too: -- David Mullins and Jeff Rennie came quickly in the ambulance despite us being in a dark, rural area full of deer. They were kind and comforted mom. -- Kimberly in emergency was very kind and helpful to me too, as it was our first time there and I just did not know where to go. -- The ER staff was great too, including Dr. Scott. -- The nurses were wonderful to mom, as well. I hate it that I don't have all of your names, especially the young lady that cut mom's food for her as that was so sweet. Emergency room .... I don't think so. As a cardiac patient who has had several heart surgeries, I…read morecan to the er to be seen for chest pain and tightness which I wrote as my main reason for being there on my info sheet.... It didn't matter, we still waiting for them "to have beds available" for like an hour!!! I'd hate for someone to have a heart attack or anything serious going on. After we finally got a room, it wasn't private and honestly I was so thirsty but didn't think to ask for anything especially as after they gave me the tiniest cup up water after being there for 4+ hours to swallow my pill for which I never knew why exactly I was taking it until the nurse informed me of an infection the doctor hadn't told me I had yet. The water was so bad tasting!!! Although the staff are sweet, the phlebotomist is like a sergeant and not at all caring or approachable. Honestly, it's like everyone working there is so excited to finish up their shifts they forget you! On top of it, it's soooooo dirty with pee all over the bathroom floor stinking so bad and with there being needles just randomly on the floor, at least one in our room, trash on the floor, and our phlebotomist went to take my blood even though his glove had ripped exposing his dirty hands!!! Yuck
