If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I went to pick up an Rx. I stood at the pickup window for 5+ minutes. Of the 5 people behind the counter (including the pharmacist), not one acknowledged my presence. Finally, after helping someone at the drive through window, one staffer said someone would be with me shortly. After another minute or so, she suggested I move to the drop off window where I would be more visible. I did so. 3-4 minutes passed before another staffer looked up and said someone would be with me shortly, then went back to joking with her colleague while she worked. A minute or two later, yet another staffer walked over to the pick up window and began to help someone who had shown up after I had been instructed to move to the drop off window. I pointed out that I had been waiting for some time and now that patron was being helped before me. I was again told someone would be with me shortly. I reminded them that I had been standing at the pickup window, unacknowledged, had been told to move, did so, was again ignored, and then they proceeded to help someone who showed up after I had. The second staffer retorted that she had acknowledged me, to which I replied that I had already been waiting nearly 10 minutes at that point, that I had someone at home to whose care I needed to return, and that all she had done was tell me I would be helped but instead someone else had been helped. She claimed they were understaffed. When I complained yet again about the staff ignoring me and helping someone else first, this staffer threatened not to help me at all. I told her I did need help, that I needed to pick up an Rx, and gave her the patient'a name. When she looked up the Rx she told me it had not been filled because they needed to talk to the prescribing doctor because there was an issue with refilling it. The Rx, for an epi-pen, I explained, was not a refill. The patient had never been prescribed one before, and had been prescribed at the hospital -- not by the patient's primary doctor-- after the patient came in through the Emergency Room with anaphylactic shock. Oh, she said, he just left the hospital? No, I replied, he'd been released a little more than 24 hours ago. She asked "and you don't know who the prescribing doctor was?" I did not. She then said I would need to talk to the pharmacist, who would be with me when he was done with his present conversation. Once I spoke with the pharmacist things finally got on track. He apparently did not need to speak with the prescribing doctor, he simply put the order through and it was available about 5 minutes later. During this process I was asked for the patient's phone number twice, and his name and date of birth 3 times. Excessive, but since they kept bouncing me to different people I can understand. What was inexcusable was: 1. The staffer telling me they had to speak with the prescribing doctor when that was a lie, and 2. Being ignored, moved around, and skipped over. I can only conclude that my treatment was racially motivated, as I am African American and everyone who was acknowledged, helped promptly, and/or apologized to for the delay, was white. Perhaps I would have received equal treatment had I told them that the patient was white? Since I was the only patron ignored and otherwise rudely treated, race is the only variable to which I can ascribe the disgraceful treatment I received. read more

I have been going here for a few years. The manager messed up the count of my script and when I came to correct it she had the worst attitude I have ever felt with. Today I picked up my script. There is a person working there by Rachele. This person should never work with the public and should never touch a persons prescriptions. I have never had such attitude. If cvs continues to employ the most horrible people I will need to move my script. Do not go to bethel cvs unless you want to be treated as a non person. read more

Pretty upsetting that the cashiers focus MORE on the lazy people in the drive thru than the customers who get out of their car and walk in and wait in line. Also, "CLOSED FOR LUNCH"??? Many people only have their lunchbreaks to get their prescriptions. Yes, everyone deserves a lunchbreak, but one employee can tend to prescription pickups and take their lunch when the whole staff returns from lunch.. read more

The automated telephone system prevents contact with a live person. Certain information should not be left in what could be unmonitored voicemail. This lack of human contact is making us rethink a years long relationship with this organization and pushing us toward transferring all of our pharmacy business and needs to the local independent pharmacy. read more

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. We came here to pick up a prescription and got the rudest customer service I've ever experienced, we got here ten minutes before they closed for lunch so they could have easily gave us the prescription but the pharmacist huffed while looking at the clock and tells another customer to leave there closing and starts to close the gate while we were still inside the pharmacy. She didn't even give us the time of day, we had to duck under the gate as it was closing to leave. Worst service ever will not come back. read more

Minute Clinic is an oxymoron. Sitting here right now for an appointment that was made for 3pm days in advance. Arrived early and checked in. Then the doctor came out and called in someone else who had an appointment scheduled in the slot after the 3pm one. Will be another 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes of waiting for this alleged fast, easy and convenient service. Utter bullshit! Go literally anywhere else read more

My wife and i recently returned from traveling and had too get a COVID test. We made our appointment online and received confirmation. We arrived on time and after a short wait we moved to the drive in window. We received 5 star service, including very clear and distinct directions on how to proceed with the test. It couldn't have been easier (I didn't say comfortable). I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the woman that assisted us she was outstanding. If necessary to ever do a test again I would not hesitate to go back to this CVS. read more

I have visited several CVS stores. This location is attractive and clean. It's has great signage and the line never is held up. The pharmacy has gone out of its way to help with orders. I am a very happy patron. read more

Where do we start :/ Entire family, we went here on a Saturday to all get flu shots. Lets just say wish it were a better experience with a few things. The sign in Kiosk, took FOREVER! It kept restarting and putting us behind. Got there and they were 45 mins behind schedule due to a SR Lady in there and paper working taking forever. We kept getting pushed back because people made appts online, but they were all late. Thus being late, they should have been made to wait AFTER us who had been there before them and we had surpassed their appt time. We are sitting wondering why people going up the the pharmacy line was getting shots quicker than what we were waiting at the 45 Miniature Clinic... I go up and the lady says "we can give you and your wife shots but not the kids". OK! And why didnt some1 say that?! All these people getting shots and leaving and they looking at us from the pharmacy. REALLY?!!? Just to much at one time..... read more

Can I give them zero stars. This CVS does NOT care about customers. Tried to get a flu shot. Called and asked specifically about high dose flu shot. Made an appointment in morning for flu shot at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm and told they were all out of high dose. Why did I bother making the appointment? Everything about this CVS is atrocious. The pharmacy is so rude, unhelpful, and honestly pretty mean. The manager of the store makes me not want to go in, I send someone else because he's such a jerk. And the minute clinic is a joke. I went there for a small rash, which turned out to just be from stress, and the nurse took photos of me and asked if she could send them to a friend because she thought I had a horrible disease. Hundreds of dollars and months of anxiety later I found out I was just stressed out. read more

They keep on making this store a one stop establishment! This Bethel location has helpful, knowledgeable staff, convenient location and hours, and they are constantly adding more new items in a variety of departments, even to staple food items. Their sales are great, their pharmacy service over-the-top, and their rewards program is especially helpful to me. When a particular shampoo product for grey/white hair was discontinued by its manufacturer last year, their beauty associate jumped through all kinds of hoops to find a replacement for me, and then got it in stock. I appreciate this sort of customer service. read more
