After she said that, I guess there's a button or something you press where it goes on speaker and says they need assistance at the front and she pressed it so hard, it was kind of funny. I grabbed my tickets and turned around and told the couple behind me, "she's not in a very good mood." They responded with, "yeah, I see that." And I said "good luck!" I understand customer service sucks sometimes but I was trying to be really nice to her saying "oh! I'm back!" When I handed her the tickets because I thought she was just having a bad day and maybe needed a little pick me up but no. Her attitude was uncalled for. I stopped here this morning for gas, so my review is mostly about that. It's very convenient if you…read moreare driving south on NY 50/67. There's 6 pumps, at an angle, but only about 10' of space between the front of the pumps and the edge of the pavement, so navigate there carefully. Since they're on the south side of Ballston Spa, their prices are generally cheaper due to competition, but their prices are still a few cents a gallon higher than the stations down the road at the 50/67 split. There are parking spaces in front and on the south side, and during busy hours, they're almost always full. It's probably people getting their morning coffee and sandwiches there instead of the fast food chains just beyond. It's a medium sized Stewart's. This one has outdoor picnic tables on the north side that are sheltered by a roof, a nice convenience. Selection is good, however, if you want all the bells and whistles of a newer, larger Stewart's, that would be the relocated and expanded one on the north side of town at the intersection of NY 50 and North Line Rd.

I'm not beven exaggerating, but I have probably passed this spot like a 1000 times and didn't know this was a deli spot. A big tip here, make sure you market it properly as only locals who have tried would be aware of it. And guess what, this local never knew and mistook it for a convenience store. The deli has a lot of potential with a little upgrades. The deli has few spots for indoor seating and an amazing spot with picnic benches, in the woods with a view of a creek. The deli has been voted Saratogas best multiple times. I just got to know it but, this deli is listed for sale. We tried an eggplant panini and a chicken cheese steak. Both of which were good. We took the tiramisu to go. They do get a few bakerybitems from NYC everyday. Small local restaurant that is definitely worth a try. They have ample parking and could get crowded.

I don't have the card and am not planning to get it. Their gas prices for non-members are still competitive even without the discount. Today I spent somewhere between 5-10 minutes between 2 pumps trying to get my card read. Over the course of that time, I think I received 6 different error messages, and never the same one twice: "Card not read," "Chip error," "Sale discontinued," "Please remove card," "Please see cashier." I think the fact that I got all these different messages doing exactly the same thing with my credit card each time tells you something about the software too. I finally gave up and went to the Speedway at Northway Exit 10. They have a different type of card reader at those pumps, and my card worked the first time. I paid a few cents a gallon more for my gas, but I'm not too concerned. Over the course of a month, the amount of money I "lose" for buying gas here would amount to the cost of a cup of coffee. This is not the closest Cumberland to my house and have filled the gas from this gas station…read moreovervthe last few months. I used to go to the clifton park location, but lately I have been using the Ballston Spa location more as im here more often and the gas is cheaper. They have a price that is comparatively lower than the other gas stations near by. I do have their smart pay membership that gives you 10 cents off their regular gas price In addition, there are some rewards like free coffee Fridays and slushies or soda that you can accumulate as you fill gas. They also do have promotional offers like free soda or red bull once in a while. Their pizza needs some improvement, and I wouldn't recommend it. The location is a little outdated when compared to other Cumberland locations in Saratoga county.
