This is deceptive business practices! When my 11yo daughter and her father arrived to pick up the previously paid for item online, thank goodness she opened it and realized it was the alleged "substitute" products, not the advent calendar. Mind you, the substitute products (2) only retailed for a total of approx $9.00. $5.99 x2 BUT these items were actually buy one get 50% off. The advent calendar was over $24.99. Thankfully, an honest and also embarrassed employee explained that the manager will NOT update the website that they are indeed sold out of that advent calendar. Instead, the manager has instructed the employees to "substitute" the Advent calendar with the replacement items instead and place in bag for customer pick up (mind you, we already ordered for pickup online AND paid for the product online b/c Avon CVS showed it was available!) Obviously, this was infuriating and ILLEGAL! The poor employee was so apologetic and stated she couldn't challenge the manager and just had to do what they were directed but that they knew it was wrong to do business this way. The manager wont update the website this type of advent calendar was not available. I applaud the employee that was honest and we will be filing a complaint with Corporate about this manager so that this employee doesnt experience retribution from a manager that is obviously crooked and Corporate needs to be aware to watch for any other criminal or fraudulent actions within this store.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to, it used to be really great now every time I go I…read morewait in line for at least 20 to 30 minutes, even if there are no cars in front of me the last time I went, I sat at the window for 30 minutes I rang the bell I called nobody answered, and then they closed on lunch for me even though I sat there 30 minutes prior to their lunchtime. When I asked the employee about it, they've then rudely responded that I was now interrupting their lunch and should've gotten here earlier. When I sat a whole half hour prior to them closing for lunch. Numerous cars got out of line because it took so long some even went inside and their prescription was filled inside at the counter, but not at the drive-through.

It has taken me over 3 months to get a prescription straightened out. They kept saying they would send a message to my Dr, and it wouldn't happen. Also, every time I go in, they have to redo each of my scripts because they are not billing my insurance. This last time, I had to get out of line, go to the drop off counter, wait for it to be fixed, and then get back in line all over again. It was over 30 minutes to pick up one prescription that was ready, and wait for them to fix their mistake.

Plus I am always thrilled when the pay-at-the-pump actually gives you a receipt and so far I have always gotten my receipt at the pump here. I loathe having to go inside the store for my receipt because I feel that sort of defeats the entire purpose of the pay-at-the-pump concept. The gas prices are about the same as others around the area. It is clean and well lit, which is always a plus.
