The wise alchemist here is actually a lovely pharmacist who puts together my baby's weird medicine. And Randol Mill Pharmacy is a little gift shop, general store, and pharmacy all in one -- it's quite old fashioned. I'm talking carpeted floors, fudge, peanut brittle, jewelry, collectibles, stationary, candles, holiday decor, Christian paraphernalia, and more. They sell recliners and walkers too! Most of the staff here are pretty young, and they're all kind and seem like a family. This place has a cozy vibe for sure.

Sunday, September 28th, close to 5:00 p.m. ,I went in for a couple of items. I was the only customer in the cosmetics area. I saw one worker busy working shelves closer to the front, but we were both in each other's view. I hear the announcement "Customer service needed at cosmetics" -- now, I had just started looking at lashes-- and makeup remover-- when this announcement goes off. Instantly, I look around to see who needed service. No one was there. I look in the mirrors that they have that are angled /positioned where you can see every aisle ? Nobody there. Just me. Now, a week or so ago, I remember coming in and looking for lotion and hearing the same kind of announcement. Even then, I looked around for whoever needed the help. It was just me and a couple of workers in the area. I overlooked THAT one. I thought about it and put my items back on the shelf. I didn't feel comfortable purchasing. Now, I'm aware there are buttons in each department in some stores that a customer can push to get assistance. However, I did not press a button, nor did I see anyone around besides the worker, who was not too far from the cosmetics department. One would think that this worker would have stopped what they were doing to come and assist a customer in cosmetics if a customer needed assistance!! I went shopping elsewhere, and I won't be shopping here again.

I had to go back inside to figure out what happened they told me that it came in on the 17th but no one filled it so I had to what for them to get it filled. Had to run in here recently because for some reason we prefer Walmart milk to other chain store…read moremilk, and because it's hard to "run into" a regular gigantic Walmart. But a neighborhood market, you can usually get in and out pretty quickly. The store is well-stocked and clean, but it really does feel so crowded and like there are never enough employees on hand. I don't mind doing self-checkout but there aren't that many stations and they were so backed up, barely anyone running a regular register. And lots of carts out and about in the parking lot, but literally not enough people on hand to bring them in. Maybe they should try the Aldi cart method!

Took forever to call me a prescription. they should just have the thing where you can punch the numbers on your keypad to answer questions. The voice activation is torturous took me forever to get a prescription called in. I'm gonna switch pharmacies because of it. It was right by the house and I don't wanna switch, but I'm also not gonna be tortured when I call a prescription.

It's not my pharmacy either, but they do have all the basic groceries and goodies I tend to need last minute when I'm out and about. I'm happy I can walk in and very quickly grab my favorite mascara, a gallon of milk, a phone charger, and a bottle of ibuprofen all at once, in and out in few minutes without the distractions of target or the lines at Kroger. I'm also so happy to see CVS taking precautions concerning Covid-19 as well as offering virtual doctors appointments. There is a great team of employees here and I'm always warmly greeted and assisted!

The…read morelast few times, the women in charge, or who I believe is, continued to be extremely kind to me, as she was since first contacting the business. The sweet lady recently started texting me right when my prescription came in. I have now been able to come in without having to have my fiance do so. Avoiding any cringe behavior I had been experiencing with the older gentleman. I have had no reach out recently but I hope to continue to receive the good customer service
