I've had a few prescriptions filled here and although the staff have been friendly, they are either very slow or severely understaffed. Not sure but it's the black lady in the pharmacy who doesn't wear shoes and puts her nasty feet dirty on the same counter which MEDICATION is dispensed (witnessed and documented), wouldn't answer me 6x when trying to confirm who I was engaged with (via an earlier phone call), and flipped her badge around when I came in, so I'm pretty sure she lied about her name too. Why not? She's crossed almost every other professional boundary already. This employee tried to start a fight with me today on the phone when I called about a prescription which was a week late in getting filled. I did not rise to the bait when she was being confrontational, and confirmed my fill time and hung up. SHE CALLED ME BACK. TO BERATE ME AND THREATEN ME AND MY MEDS!!!!! Why did she do this? Well she tried playing the "I'm going through a tunnel" game and kept hanging up ASAP when I called yesterday (obviously to try to deter people from disturbing her while she ignored her job and messed around as usual). The 3rd time I spoke loudly and clearly, so there would be no issues. She DID NOT APPRECIATE AND DEMANDED I SPEAK AT A LOWER VOLUME. I'm sorry, you hung up on me 2x at a lower volume. No. I'm not playing these games with you. She ended up threatening not to fill my rx if I didn't OBEY, and then hung up on me. Corporate was then involved with 0 resolution. At this point I'm at a loss. I have no idea what this cretin is doing, but I'm afraid she will somehow sabotage an important medication. My follow up call to CVS pharmacy today was an attempt to confirm that the fill would be completed, and what steps I would need to take to switch pharmacies. (Obviously want nothing to do with this horrible place and malicious staff any longer). Unfortunately I didn't get that far. After her extremely belligerent attitude I got off the phone as soon as she confirmed my meds would be filled. I didn't want to argue with her, I did not want to deal with her attitude. Just not worth it. BUT SHE WASNT DONE!!!! Oh no, she wanted a fight and to prove that she was in control, and I better acknowledge that or else. SHE LITERALLY CALLED ME BACK!!!! To further instigate a fight. "Do you want me to help you? Do you want your meds?" "Yes, please fill my rx" Apparently, since I hung up on her to avoid the conflict SHE started, she had the following to say "Do you want me to actually help you? Then do what I say....." Mind you, there were no technical issues with the insurance, doctor, pre auths or ANYTHING ELSE WRONG BESIDES HER ATTITUDE. SHE WANTED ME TO BEG HER FOR MY PRESCRIPTION!!! After notifying corporate, they eventually got hold of the pharmacy (pharmacy dept actually turned their phones off and marked the pharmacy as closed even though it was open). Corporate had to call the front desk to confirm the pharmacy was not actually closed and was simply avoiding their jobs. I was told I could pick up the rx, or send someone else on my behalf if I didn't want to be terrorized and mocked again. 1.) I'm not subjecting any one else to this BS. 2.) Why is it MY responsibility to find someone to pick up my stuff when it's CVS' EMPLOYEE BEING HOSTILE TOWARDS ME!!! WTF?!?! That's right. Andrea caused a severe anxiety attack, and while I was extremely upset that SHE CALLED ME BACK TO PICK A FIGHT, causing this reaction, this horrible excuse for human excrement LAUGHED AT ME!!! My pain amused a CVS employee. I've never experienced something so degrading, dehumanizing, and downright atrocious. Lo and behold, I picked up my rx and she made it a point to laugh in my face. Again. Because she is a sociopath, happily employed by CVS. ANOTHER PANIC ATTACK AND BREAK DOWN IN THE PARKING LOT AND ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL BACK AGAIN TOMORROW. TO TELL MANAGEMENT WHAT THEY KNOW IS A PROBLEM EMPLOYEE, AGAIN. I HAVE TO RELIVE MY TRAUMA BECAUSE CVS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And I get to do it alllll over again tomorrow. Yay. THIS IS NOT THE 1st, 2nd, not 3rd INCIDENT WITH THIS DISGUSTING EMPLOYEE OF CVS. I AM ASHAMED TO HAVE BEEN A PATRON. I don't know how CVS justifies this behavior. It's no wonder the shelves are empty. It seems they would rather cater to a horribly disgusting and vile person as the face of their pharmacy rather than stand on their ethics (not sure they have ANY, but trying to be gratuitous. Waiting at the pharmacy counter, 5 people working but no one can say " I'll be right with you". Apparently the UPS box delivered takes precedence over me. Finally, she comes over and asks what I need. What do I need? Most importantly, I need my medicine but secondly it would be nice to have good customer service. And after all that, they didn't even have my medicine in. Worst customer experience!! read more

Scheduled 4 flu shots and 2 covid vaccines for children. CVS system is all screwed up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We ended up paying for flu shot because they put the name in their own system wrong. Nothing more frustrating than waiting In a CVS for way to long with toddlers. I'm seeing a lot of complaints about the drive-thru being slow, but this is a retail pharmacy and not a McDonald's. My experiences inside the store have been mostly positive with the cashiers and the non-pharmacy staff. There seems to be quite a bit of turnover though. An incompetent pharmaceutical staff. Constantly making errors with my scripts. When speaking with the manager of pharmacy, she will not address their repetitive errors but will act as if nothing happened and work to only fill the script. One error that was upsetting was I received a call from this pharmacy on Tuesday at 2:09pm saying a script of mine was ready. I asked them to hold it until Thursday. The lady said ok. On Thursday at 3:42pm my son went to pick it up and the pharmacist said they didn't have a script for me. At 3:56pm I called CVS Pharmacy and the pharmacist said "they didn't have a script for me and they would have to call my PCP and figure out what happened". By 4:02pm I had a text saying my script was ready for pickup! I'm looking for another pharmacy!! read more
