After having another Walmart location cancel my vaccine appointment with less than an hour notice, this pharmacy was incredibly helpful and kind in their care for me. (For reference, I spoke to two wonderful women, Marie & Ruth, in the department, as well as the pharmacist/manager.) My first dose went quickly and was virtually painless. They showed genuine concern and were apologetic, even though my bad experience did NOT happen at their store! I'm very interested in switching to them for prescriptions after such great care.

I wonder why your people ar always discussing their jobs and never seem o be happy to greet people. The delivery service is good, however the people choosing the food should choose as if they are shopping for themselves. Don't choose half rotten fruit or anything that may go bad soon after delivery. Open more cashier lines and move it along don't have people waiting forever to check out. You would be known as the store that is the fastest to checkout. Pay people what they are worth.

They have a drive thru pharmacy lane outside that looks like a bank's drive thru. The store is immaculate. We only ended up here because my husband scored his Covid vaccine online at this location. So basically we just met the pharmacist, who was nice, got the vaccine and left. But the store is well stocked & super clean. It was not at all busy on a Friday morning at 11:30am.

Yes he's been rude before in a separate incident that involved a return in customer service. I don't know what has gone wrong in his life that he has to be this bitter and disgusting but you guys need to find a new role for him that does not involve customer service. I simply wanted to get a price change due to a different Walmart location having an item at $25 that this location has at $28, a $3 difference! He proceeded to cut me off mid conversation and was escalating the situation rather than just being a nice human being. He looks like he probably doesn't get any constructive feedback so I implore you to have a sit down with him and explain to him how to actually interact with customers. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I called the store and they said they hire a third-party for delivery so it's out of their hands. Walmart owns that third-party company. They gave me a number to call and I've called and they said that they'll have to investigate for up to 10 days and then possibly return my money. Buyer beware do not shop here!!!!!!
