They spent time calling my insurance to see if they could cover my refill. They were very kind, patient, and professional. The location generally has a friendly, happy vibe. It is clean and well-maintained. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by many friendly "hellos". I recommend this location!

I asked, "HOW MANY PILLS ARE IN THE PRESCRIPTION." She said one. I said, one PILL? She said yes, ONE PILL. Then I asked for a different cashier and this other Pharmacist started trying to gaslight me by saying the cashier misunderstood me. More stuff was said and I left. This was the most horrible experience in customer service. I think I will go to the NAACP about the Racism. Even though I'm white.

While the Dawson Rd staff often makes you feel like an inconvenience, the team at the Leesburg location goes out of their way to be polite, welcoming, and efficient. A man and a woman on Wednesday 10/09/24. These two people were extremely nice despite us ordering so many sandwiches at one time. Their patience was exemplary considering the circumstances. When we walked up there was no one on line at at all. They made the sandwiches with all of the fixings exactly the way we wanted them. Philly style. We appreciated your time and skills.
