NITA / Enmarket 2800 N. Slappey Blvd, Albany, GA 31701…read more I would like to recognize one of your cashiers for her outstanding customer service. She is always friendly, efficient, and professional. What stands out most is her warm spirit and the genuine kindness she shows every customer. Every time I visit, she greets me with a smile, she is polite, respectful, and patient. She consistently says "please," "thank you," and "have a great day," making every interaction feel welcoming and appreciated. All of the cashiers at this store does a outstanding job, but this lady truly stands out. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. In my opinion, she would make an excellent customer service trainer because she demonstrates exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you for having an employee who represents your store so well. She deserves to be recognized for the positive impact she has on your customers. Thank you, Vicky, keep up the good work.

I had a heart to heart with the GM (who is a really nice guy) and I thought I'd get treated differently but it didn't work. I just want to be treated like a normal customer, do my business, and then leave. I can do all of that but I get an additional side of anger, aggression and hatefulness. After I complained on the meanest one, now when I go in (which is rare) she'll ring me up and won't utter a word. I'll say how are you tonight and she'll ignore me like a child. Most of these women work their shift through their egos for some reason.
