I came to CVS on 2/5/26 to have a prescription transferred from Walgreens. The associate at the drop off window was an African American female named Hannah. Hannah did not greet me as I stood waiting for assistance at the window. Instead, she let me stand in line as the only person there while she took a personal call. Being that I was the only person in line and she didn't acknowledge me I asked her if anyone was working the window she replied "I am" and continued her phone conversation until she was ready to assist me. She told the person on the phone, "we will close at 9. I'll call you back." When I told her what I needed she informed me that Walgreens doesn't answer the phone and had me move behind the next customer that came up in line. I ended driving back to Walgreens just to discover that the prescription had been sent to CVS. This was a total inconvenience. When I came back to CVS I noticed how kind she was to the white customers and I let her know that she made me extremely uncomfortable. I have never had this experience before at this particular CVS location but I will not be returning due to Hannah's nasty attitude and potential racism towards her own. read more

Worst CVS in the country . Constantly screwing up prescriptions, employees starving around while they watch shoppers struggle with the self checkouts& countiue to ignore you and take customers& continue to ignore the light. I waited forever for the woman to finally come over to two of us& I had been there a long time while she checked out many who came after me. She finally cancels my transaction& tell me she will ring it up and as we are walking there another costumer comes up and she takes her. This was shuts the final straw because the store part and pharmacy are trash. We have gotten extra random pills that didn't belong in the prescription on multiple occasions. The first time I reported it they looked at me like they didn't give a crap and told me they would dispose of them if I wanted. No apology . No nothing . That was several years ago and it happened twice more . We have to go to CvS . This one is right by my house. I will be moving everything 15 notes away to the next city and I hate to do that because I would much rather support businesses in my city and county . Yesterday just finally made me ask my why I continued to take this disrespect as a paying customer who had other options. So thanks so much to the incompetent employee and a rude entitled woman who shoved her stuff in front of me! Yall were the deciding factor to make me leave Albany and drive to leesburg to get my prescriptions. I will cash pay before we are treated that way at a pharmacy ever again. This location should have closed instead of the radium springs one because I've been to many cvs's over the years . Old . Run down. Bad parts of town. Rural . All kinds and this is hands down the worst one I've ever been to . They need to close before they kill someone. There are google reviews too of them giving people other peoples prescriptions . I got a texts medicine stating my prescription was ready for pickup. I finally a ride to the window after waiting in the long line for a while. I gave the young lady my name and birthday so she could pull up my information. Her expression changed to ma'am you don't have a prescription here. I showed her the information sent to my phone, she said it's not in our system. I asked her can I speak to another person please! She got upset and actually told me to go to another CVS pharmacy because you don't have a prescription of any kind in this system. I didn't debate with her. I do no CVS send messages when the prescription are ready. Her attitude was so uncaring. Time I PULLED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW THE MESSAGE CAME THROUGH AGAIN. YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY FOR PICKUP! IT makes me afraid to go back to the pharmacy to get my medicine. This happened to many times to me. My medicine have been mixed up with others prescription. I have been charged for medication I have not received, an most of the time trying to get help concerning the situation is hard. It is has not been like this always, but it's getting worse. I am praying CVS gets better in 2025. Lord people life depends on the Pharmacy giving the right medicine to the right people. Make that change. Become better. read more

Until Friday October 6, 2023, I never had a problem until I went to pick up a new prescription. I went through the drive thru. The woman with the braids was so rude. If a person asks you a question and you have to snap at them then you need a new job. I don't believe she was a pharmacist. I hope not. She felt she could do that to me because I was in my car. Due to my maturity I didn't curse her out or act stupid like her. I'll say this: we are the same race and like so many of my people we fuss at each other and grin at every one else. Due to her negativity I will be change to get my prescriptions else where and stop shopping there. And as you can see negative experiences spread like wild fire. read more

Horrible. Called in my prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. Showed up in 1.5 hours and waited in line 20 minutes. When I got to the front they told me it was still not ready. I told them I had my new prescription card so they sent me to the drop off line to get it entered into the system. This takes another 5-10 minutes. Instead of this employee cashing me out she sends me back to the other line where now the first lady who helped me placed a "next register please" sign up and told me to go get in the line with the new employee who just showed up. I wait there for another 5-10 minutes before finally giving up and leaving without my medicine. I wish I could say this was the first time I have received bad service there. In reality it is more slow service than bad service, but slow is bad too, right?! read more

Hate this cvs, so unorganized!! The store seems over crowded and trashy. The pharmacy needs a redo, they need more space. It looks so bad when prescriptions are sitting on the floor. In my opinion with Rite aid closing they need to increase help and space back there. The employees are usually really nice and greet you when you walk in. read more

I wish I didn't have to give a star for the review. I am a 61 yr old VN vet who has multiple physical issues. The VA filled my prescriptions in the past automatically but since the election of Obama vets have been cut off from very necessary medications, so I was forced to use civilian resources. Went to CVS on Westover Blvd, Albany, and needed a refill of a sleep Med I've been on for fifteen Yrs. I had four days left in my bottle and because I'm going out of the country when the 30th day arrives ( today is the 28th of January ) , I asked to have the refill 3 days early. The techs were extremely rude and terse and then the female ( chubby , white and homely ) pharmacist approached me with a phone to her ear and acted almost hysterical, red faced saying " I Won't do it !!!!". And walked away but what was worse is that the home office customer service "executive Pharmacist" expected me to go back and essentially apologize to the pharmacist and ask her nicely to fill the prescription . The female supervisor with the glasses is unprofessional and lazy. The cashier was assisting people in photo. The supervisor came up to customer service, and started reading a piece of paper. There was 4 or 5 people in line, and she did nothing except look over to the cashier to see when she was going to be done. This is a supervisor who didn't step up. read more
