Considering the fact that this is the only Target in the Albany/Leesburg area, it's not too bad. It's extremely small compared to other Target and I feel like it would totally THRIVE if it had more to offer like a pharmacy, bakery, deli, etc. They do not have everything that other Targets have which is upsetting because I love Target for their natural cleaning and beauty products. Even their grocery section is small. May seem big to people who have never seen a Super Target, but again, they could totally offer more. Interactions with employees can be hit or miss. Some of them are really professional, while others yell at each other and blurt out their entire business. I will give props to their pick-up employees. They were quickly even when they are busy. The store itself is fairly clean. But again, you cannot expect much from this location simply because it's Albany. read more

I love Target, I visit this location at least twice a week or more. I was so excited when Starbursts was added but like most things in Albany, it doesn't take long for it to suck. Starbucks has usually one employee working at a time and that employee is usually in the back. They have missed my business often because I'm not going to stand there and say excuse me over and over, maybe get a bell ‍. Carts with cup holders should replace old carts. I like drinking my coffee and strolling the aisles. They would probably sell more coffee and products by changing carts out. The store itself is ok, most cashiers are friendly. The dark haired guy that's always in electronics is nice. Sometimes I think I'm at Walmart with only one or two registers open but it's Albany.... read more

Small compared to Super Targets. Doesn't really have the full variety of products that some of the larger Targets have to offer. One example- we went to buy an Eddie Bauer high chair for our daughter. This Target's high chair section had a grand total of four possible models to choose from. The one we wanted- the Eddie Bauer- was sold out. Even the floor model was missing. We asked one of the employees about when they would be getting one in. He told us their shipments usually arrive on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, but they had no idea what would be on the truck. Kind of odd that they apparently run their business on a "we'll sell whatever arrives on the truck" model. Needless to say, we went home, ordered it off of Target.com, and had it delivered two days later. Also, I've noticed that there's never any music playing in the store-anywhere. When you walk in, it's oddly quiet. You feel out of place talking in a normal voice. And it's like this all the time. I went to buy something there right before Christmas, and it was like this Target was preparing for a funeral rather than Christmas it was so quiet in there. It may be a small thing to some people, but I felt uncomfortable shopping in a building as quiet as a library. read more

Not a great Target. No pharmacy. Small selection of items. No AC in the bathrooms. No Starbucks. I'm not impressed. Visiting town, needed some everyday items, but couldn't find anything I needed. I only went because I love Target, but this might as well have been a Walmart... I updated to 3 stars because they finally got a Starbucks! read more

Have been to Target more lately and they seem to have lowered there prices to less than Walmart. Added a whole grocery section. Their appliances were $6 cheaper than Walmart, so I look there first. You can shop Walmart and Target for prices online before you go. read more
