Would highly recommend not buying a sectional or anything from Ashley. Or at least their GA locations. Purchased a sectional and after it only being in our home for 3 months we noticed in proper nailing of frame which we were told was covered under manufactures warranty, but then was told since we didn't have it delivered that we would have to pay a service fee to have what is MANUFACTURER WARRANTY fixed. To make this even more frustrating we even purchased a 5 year protective plan from Guardian which is who they use for outside plans that costed in the hundreds of dollars range. When I called Guardian they informed me that it is covered under manufacturer warranty and I can't use my plan with them. So why would I pay for a protective plan that I can't use and then what sense does it make for me to pay for something that should be covered by the manufacturer. Sounds like to me they are more worried about making money on top of money. Instead of trying to help customers out. But anyways after a month of going back and forth with the South GA location I contacted corporate and got them involved for them to finally replace the broken chase. When they brought the new chase they left it outside and wouldn't replace it with the other one. They would only take the old one out. I should have done the same to them and took and put the chase outside since they just want to put my replacement outside. I tried to get a refund for the couch since it is still in new condition but they will not do so. I just want to inform everyone of this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. There is already enough evil in this world and wrong doing. It's easier to do the right thing but money seems to blind people. read more

Unfortunately I had such high regard before things completely tanked on my order. Note to Ashley Furniture- don't promise a ship date and put it on paper when it isn't going to happen. No, be realistic and tell people that you're MONTHS away from actually getting them what they are purchasing.... It's actually really unfortunate because I was neighbors with Calvin the Manager of the store, and we got along great. But don't mix business with friends, people. I found cheaper furniture ready to ship same-week with Turners Furniture. Unfortunately getting Ashley to TALK to me about cancelation is becoming highly difficult. I cannot get any answers out of anyone. Don't waste your time on hold to be lied to by the customer service when you can walk in and get lied to in your face! Moral of the story- Ashley Furniture was a massive disappointment. Don't waste your money guys, there's other honest furniture companies that are WAY cheaper and will actually get your stuff to you that season..... (wish this part was a joke but it isn't) read more

I visited Ashley Home Furniture store two weeks ago - immediately I was greeted warmly by the newly minted floor specialist Jim. He is very kind, patient and exercised great care in assisting me in my purchases. The manager Greta was very pleasant, as was the young lady that completed my purchase. Two things I hone in on when I enter an establishment: it's organization/cleanliness and how customers are greeted/aided. Ashely's exceeded both. The sale of my pieces was pleasurable from start to transaction completion. Sir, Mam, I just spent over 5200 dollars in your Albany store on North Westover Rd. I was feeling good about my purchases which were "floor models", (no assembly required), and then was spanked with a $299.99 dollar delivery charge AND I believe I was taxed on the delivery charge.....are you kidding me! That is just wrong in SO many ways. I would hope you would see your way clear to refund me no less than 200 dollars of the $299.99 charge. Especially when there is no assembly required. But on getting there, the way we were welcomed and conducted round the store stimulated my interest to pay attention to the furnitures we were being shown.
