WARNING;…read moreAfter giving the Owner of Cavalier Fashions, 2542 Dawson Rd, Albany, GA 31707 over two weeks to present sufficient customer service for a terrible experience, I'm ready to warn others to NOT use this business for their tuxedo rental for weddings or any other event. On the first meeting with the staff, they appear to be personable, caring, professional, able. Once you choose to go with them, all of those attributes disappear. My son got married and we made the unfortunate decision to use Cavalier Fashions. From fittings where you were left in the back for 20 minutes until staff would attend to your sizing, to terrible sizing, on one groomsman, the jacket was too tight, the pants a size 55 (he wears a 40), told that he wore a wide shoe which he did not receive. Several of the groomsmen tuxedos did not fit well, there were stains from not being cleaned, buttons popped off of several jackets while taking photos BEFORE the wedding. We also had to wait for one of the tuxedos, that had been horribly fitted, before we could leave for the wedding. Then, they still had to do last minute on site alterations. This was by far one of the worst situations, poor customer service that I have ever experienced. They offered me a $25 gift certificate towards a future purchase and a $25 discount on a future rental... to this I said HA! My son's wedding was beautiful even with ill fitting tuxedos, guys having to hold their pants up while dancing. I write this to warn others to avoid using this business for your tuxedo rentals, wish someone had warned us. Btw, the store knows that the place they rent the tuxedos from isn't professional, but once they have your money, who cares, right? WRONG! I am the first to give positive feedback, and do not write negative feedback, until now.

Anyway, Belk does have men's shoes along with everything else. Belk is my favorite department store; they are always running specials and deals. I managed to save over $300 on clothes due to the various coupons and discounts that the company offers. If you miss a special...don't worry. Another one will pop up within the following week. I mainly come here to buy cologne for my collection, but I'll also buy regular and dress clothes sometimes. They have a decent selection of designer brands here for men. Don't get it twisted...this is NOT a Bloomingdale's, Macy's, or Nordstrom's but for us country folks this store does the job. Nice, clean, and fairly organized. The workers are friendly and helpful as well.

The Old Navy on Dawson Rd in Albany, GA is terrible. I've been in there twice in the last 7 months…read moreand left both times with nothing. Last February, one of my kids needed athletic wear and this store had none. Then I went in last week, again for athletic wear for my child, and this store had very little selection and FLEECE active wear for kids. It's been high 90s, it's August, and they have fleece active wear pants and sweaters. So, I left and ordered online through the Old Navy website. I received my order today and one of the items was wrong. Instead of sending me a 2 pack of Breathe On athletic tops in XL, I was sent a 2 pack that contained a grey athletic top XL and grey athletic SHORTS, size XL PLUS. I called Old Navy, and the man I spoke with was extremely helpful He gave me the options to return/exchange in store or take the wrong item to Staples, where they'd ship it back for free and I'd be refunded for the wrong item. I then called the Old Navy in Albany and asked the woman who answered the phone if they have kids Breathe On short sleeved athletic tops for boys. She responded with "What?! What's that?" I repeated myself and she responded rudely with "Yeah, we have them" and she hung the phone up. I then got back onto the Old Navy website, made my item selection, clicked the option to pick up in my store and what do you know...... NOT IN STOCK in a 150 MILE RADIUS. Now, I'm ordering them through the Old Navy website again and have to pay $7 shipping that I otherwise wouldn't pay.
