Great service. Beware of billing…read more Both my wife and i have had wonderful service here. I showed up for my scan. Paid in advance and all went well. Everything that they billed me for lined up with my insurance explanation of benefits (EOB). My wife went in for a scan. She also made an initial payment. Later received a request for another payment. Looking at the EOB, our insurance paid for everything and Radiology Associates is essentially double billing us. I will call them soon, but customers need to be on alert. Last time this happened was with a different radiology company that ultimately went out of business. I hope that doesn't happen again. Staff. 5/5 stars. Billing. 2/5 stars.

Then I was not brought in for the MRI until after 12:00. there was no explanation or notice that I would experience such a delay. I was told the scan would take only 15 minutes. It was never completed after over 20 minutes. I wasted over two hours of my time. The staff and management are unprofessional and treat patients like cattle. I will not go back.
