Everyone is always pleasant- a deep contrast from other locations! The store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized- a tribute to the management, and work ethic of the staff. They didn't have the one I needed, so I asked if I could return it. Plot twist? I had lost my receipt between the night before and the morning of (no more than like 12 hours). I had the receipt for one of the other purchases I had made the night before and the card I used to make the purchase, but apparently that wasn't enough. The lady wouldn't give me my money back at all. I seriously didn't get why, but whatever. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. I like CVS. I can't skip doses! Since it was sold, the customer service has gone way downhill. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. Always an issue with them filling my prescriptions.

However, what wasn't clear to me is that cupcake orders are not customizable the way cake orders are. When ordering a cake, you can choose colors, decorations, and personalize it. With cupcakes, what you see in the photo is exactly what you get. There doesn't appear to be an option to change the colors, decorations, or customize them for your event. Because I assumed the cupcake ordering process would be similar to the cake ordering process, I ended up missing the ordering deadline. I believe cupcakes require at least a 24-hour notice, and by the time I realized customization wasn't available online, it was too late. I ended up going into the bakery and purchasing cupcakes that were already available. They were fine, but they weren't decorated the way I had wanted for my event. My suggestion to Sam's Club would be to either allow cupcake customization online like they do with cakes or make it much clearer during the ordering process that cupcake designs cannot be modified. It would save customers a lot of confusion and disappointment.

I arrived around 11:30a on a Thursday morning, I didn't have an appointment, but submitted my insurance info and COVID card at the front counter. There were less than a half dozen other folks waiting around (there's only 3-4 chairs in the tiny shop), most had already been vaccinated and just waiting until their 15min were up. By the time I finished filling out the vaccine release form, Christy called me to the back to get my shot. She verified my information, reviewed pertinent info and instructions for the vaccine and voila! I was done. I brought a book, so I read until my 15min was up, but was out of there and home (with a wawa pretzel and icee to reward myself for my shot) by noon! I'll definitely be back for any other pharmacy needs, and would highly recommend others to support this local small business!

This horrible place... I spoke with a very nice pharmacist who made a mistake. She shipped my…read moremedication overnight to the address they had in my patient profile, from the last time I used them in 2017. I had moved twice since then, but the address on the prescription they got from my doctor was my correct, current address, which is also my billing address. I called to let them know they had made a mistake. At that point, I was slightly annoyed about the error but also in a pretty forgiving mood, since I really liked the woman I had spoken to. I know it is easy to make a mistake. Then the owner called me. He was rude, aggressive, and combative. He began to gaslight me, telling me that since the box labeled "verify address" was checked, they must have verified my address and maybe I just didn't hear it (EXCUSE ME, I KNOW WHERE I LIVE). He also said it was MY fault for not making sure they didn't have the incorrect address (the logic of this is truly mind-boggling). Somehow they were able to process my payment with my correct current address, but still I must have given them the wrong one for shipping. What enrages me is that rather than admit to a mistake and apologize (and maybe refund the shipping cost), the owner treated me like absolute DIRT. Even the nurse who overheard our phone conversation said he was RUDE. She was particularly appalled that he said I should have made sure they weren't using the wrong address (rather than the one on my current prescription). For twenty dollars and a mistake, you have lost a previously loyal customer because you DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS, especially when you are in the healthcare business. I'm shaken and disgusted. How DARE you make money off my medical needs and then treat me with such condescending contempt over YOUR mistake.
