It's a pharmacy where everyone knows your name :-) They have plenty of medical necessities for ourchase such as creams you find in the hospitals (calmseptine) to locally produced items such as candles and Nola apparels. I usually come here to fill a prescription that other "retail" pharmacies do not carry. Today they only had a few of my pills left in stock. They filled what they had and will call me next week to come get the rest. How nice! I really like that old town feel that we are currently missing! I hope everyone can come support their locals. I think my prescription may be a few dollars more but worth it for supporting my local pharmacy.

I was wandering around this store as my husband was being treated at the hospital. I thought to…read moremyself- this is such a nice place to wander for a distraction. Then the guy behind the pharmacy counter asked me if I was picking up meds- and I said "no, thank you very much for your good customer service" and then I looked at him- a man would like to hand me medicines for my very ill husband... unmasked. Then I looked around and all 3 of the employees I saw in the store were unmasked. I understand people's desires for freedom, but I also know the burden of dealing with long term effects of viral illnesses- and I know the burden of caution for someone I love who is highly vulnerable. It isn't something I would wish on anyone- and I don't just wish- I know my actions to prevent the spread of illness matter. I'd think a pharmacy next to the hospital would do better. I've seen this at restaurants and grocery stores- but a pharmacy?? Put a sign on the outside "attention- employees at the store don't wear masks- if that's cool with you come on in. If you are visiting ting someone at the hospital with a high infection risk or have a high infection risk yourself- shop at Walgreens" I would've gone elsewhere.

I go in there and get a diet coke or a water and/or a snack or some little thing I need. This review is associated with the 190 Walgreens, which I have been to many times, but it could be for any of them, really. I've never been to a Walgreen's where the staff wasn't nice, the store wasn't clean, or there was a problem checking out. Also, Walgreens doesn't have a stupid "customer card," which is a plus in my book and, unlike another drugstore chain I could mention, you don't have to go hunting for someone to check you out.

My wife and I visited this Covington location on a weekday afternoon for a vaccine from the…read morepharmacy. Although we had appointments, we had to wait long past our appointed time. I mention this simply because, while we waited, we observed a pharmacy staff of 6-7 (pharmacists, pharm techs, clerks, etc.) fighting an uphill battle to complete tasks and serve a flood of clients. To their credit, they performed with great efficiency and were respectful, helpful, and welcoming to all with whom they dealt. I was impressed. I have no pharmacy experience, but as a retired biomedical professional with an understanding of difficulties in the industry that have grown since the recent pandemic, I observed obvious staffing issues that must be addressed by management. I'm sure that duties have increased for all employees (especially for registered pharmacists!), but this does not excuse superhuman workloads. I hope that management will find original and equitable solutions to this issue.

This pharmacy is extremely disorganized and consistently unreliable. Even when the app says it's ready, it's not. This is a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake. It shows a clear lack of communication and coordination, and it has wasted a significant amount of my time and gas. I would not recommend using this location.

When I asked her to stop she refused and kept hitting the boxes slamming them around very click clack against the counter and gave me this defiant look. Then she decided to yell at me from behind the counter with micro aggressions , giving me hundred facial expressions and all the attitude you could expect from a Petulant teenager from inside of her glorified goldfish bowl . Her face was contorting as she hurled backhanded remarks my way complete with all the 1-raised eyebrow and all the eye rolls , as her mouth crumpled up as she sputtered out her little utterances between going from one expression to the next . I thought plaque dont crack yet here we are ? did she not go to college -and go through a hiring process -to get this job ??? she is actually throwing herself down the trash by being rude to the sick patients who come for their medications ? Her colleagues jaws dropped as she humiliated herself at my expense . I called the cvs complaint hotline for them to take the report and the operator took his reports and said they will do an internal investigation (into what I consider to be patient abuse) ! Be proud of who you are and what you represent , think for your co workers , customers, humanity , the oath you took or the amount of student debt it took for you to get here to act this way This is not how you treat infirmary customers looking for relief !!! Also in an economy where nobody can get a job , count your lucky stars you actually have one before you use it to get fired

I was so frustrated - I tried national chain pharmacies and, out of desperation, I almost ordered from Australia! I finally tried another local compounding pharmacy in Mandeville but they kindly directed me to this company in Covington. They were so helpful and genuinely friendly, I was overwhelmed. They took the time to talk to me about what I was getting, how it might effect me and if I was comfortable with all the things I'd have to use. Their facility looks like it could be a satellite location for NASA! Unbelievably clean and professional! You can rest assured that they take the manufacturing of your medicine or supplements seriously. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! After a few more days, I had still not heard from them, so I called to see if it was ready to be picked up and they said that it still hadn't been made. The very next day they called me at 4:30PM to say it was ready to be picked up, but that they close at 5. There was no way I was going to make it there in time. The following day, I took my lunch break to drive & pick it up. When I got there, the door was locked and all the lights were turned off. I called and they said they would send someone out to open the door for me. Several minutes later, I called again and said I'm still standing here in front of your front door. They said they'd moved to a different location 30 minutes away. As I was on my lunch break, I couldn't make that happen. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is a picture of where I went. Google Maps led me here. The giant sign led me to believe that I had arrived at the right place. Now they want to charge me $20 to ship it to me. It's either that or an hour round trip for me to go pick it up. Never using these people again.
