I just had an unforgettable meal at CVI CHE in Miami. The Sake Miso nigiri was the best I've ever tasted--every bite melted in my mouth. The Hamachi Ficho and Conchas Costa Verde were equally incredible, with bright, perfectly balanced flavors. If you're in Miami, don't miss this place. You will not be disappointed. Our server was so wonderful and did a wonderful job selecting the menu for us with true Peruvian flavors. You will clean your plate. The short rib tacos were so delicious you will not be able to have just one.
Bartender was the best he came up to us immediately gave us menu Scatta drinks. We had the Kapena and a Moscow mule drink was delicious. We also had tuna tacos, the fish ceviche and another delicious white fish taco. Everything was so yummy. The ambience was super cool definitely a happy hour place. Also another place to bring your family. It was a cool vibe sexy definitely place. I'll go to again.
Every time we are in town...this place is always on my list! The food is always impeccable with fresh fish. The best I have ever had. The drinks and dessert are also 10/10. It is well worth the price.

The presentation was stunning, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The lomo saltado was cooked perfectly, the potatos and the sauce was amazing. What truly made our experience exceptional was our waiter, Orlando. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He checked on us often, gave great recommendations, and provided the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find these days. This was such a wonderful 6 /2 year anniversary, and we left already talking about what we want to order on our next visit. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful Peruvian cuisine with excellent service, CVI.CHE 105 is definitely worth a visit. Thank you, Orlando, for making our afternoon so memorable. Amazing food. This is our second time here. The pasta is great, perfectly cooked, chaufa de mariscos is also sooo good and the octopus appetizer is divine. Our waitress was very friendly. The music is calming and chill.
Amazing food and service. They bring you a hanger for your bags and refill your water constantly which I loved. The servers are very attentive to what you need and are super nice. The food was amazing. I loved the art in the restaurant and the place itself was very spacious with great lighting. I would definitely come eat again.
Such a FABULOUS time at CVI.CHE 105 during a recent trip to Miami. We came here for a late lunch so it wasn't busy and had terrific service and recommendations from Maria. We ordered the trio of mixed seafood ceviche (Trilogía de Ceviche) and the octopus (Pulpito Herradura) as recommended and both especially the octopus were spectacular! The seafood was so fresh; I particularly liked the mixed components in the ceviche even more than the fish, which was good in and of itself but the star was that pulpito... we were secretly fighting for those last pieces of octopus and potatoes. Perfectly tender, seasoned and delicious. The decor and the vibes are quintessential Miami - bright, colorful, fun and inviting - just such a fun spot to have a delicious and delightful meal with friends in Miami Beach!
Came for lunch on Valentine's Day and it went smooth as we had made a reservation. Xavi was our server and he was the best. Friendly and attentive. Told us about the menu, answered any questions we had and gave us good recommendations. Tetra de Ceviches (Seafood) 100/10 - OPTIONS, so glad we got this because we got a taste of everything and it was perfect. Naruto Labster Roll 10/10 - very favorable and tasty! Kids steak meal 10/10 - literally an adult portion and for $13? An amazing deal. Comes with rice and French fries and amazingly tasting steak. One thing I didn't care for was how close you are to the person next to you. Like breathing ontop of each other.. But it was a good meal and my family had a good time.

We sat outside on a cooler night and we heard sounds of the fountain close by. The food is top tier!! You actually don't need the soy sauce they give you- because the dishes are extremely flavorful on their own. I would highly recommend the Tuna Nigiri, Ceviche Clásico and Sake Aburi Maki along with a pisco sour.
I have seen this place so many times throughout the years, I am surprised I have never tried it before. The place is cute inside and outside. It's attached to the mall, but outside. A lot of parking. Service was amazing. The food was delicious and the portions were seriously HUGE. Highly recommend this place and will be back as well.

Sure enough, my partner requested no cilantro and onions, but her food arrived covered in them. Even worse, my main course never arrived--I only received my appetizer. The service was non-existent. We never got water refills, and the server never came back to check on us or realize my food was missing. I've been here before and the Lomo Saltado is very good (which is the only reason this isn't a 0-star review), but the service has gone downhill. I usually tip 20%, but being forced to pay an 18% auto-gratuity for a missing meal and zero attention feels wrong. I likely won't be coming back.

We tried: Saltado Ceviche seafood mix Octopus 105 sushi For dessert and didn't get to take a pic cause we devoured it, torta de chocolate All were delicious. 4 stars cause the staff was so busy and had to wait to get our waitress instead of her checking on us.
YUM! Never had tried ceviche until cvi.che 105, and now I feel like I'm spoiled and can't try it anywhere else. The dishes were superb. We got Trilogía de Ceviches (Fish) which allowed us to try multiple flavor combinations of ceviche. Do yourself a favor and get pisco sour. The service was also excellent. The servers were very attentive, helpful and quick! Will definitely be coming back! The vibes are also spot on!

Cvi.che 105 is absolutely amazing! This is my first time coming to the Aventura location. I came for dinner and had a really great experience. It was pretty busy on a Saturday evening but we were able to be seated right away outside without a reservation. The restaurant itself is so beautiful and the service was really great. To start we ordered the ceviche nikkei tartare and for the main dishes we ordered the hotate truffle roll and the branzino. Everything was so delicious and full of flavor. I will be back to try more items from the menu. read more

We recently visited Civ Che 105 and had an amazing experience. The food was incredibly fresh, which really stood out from the moment we started eating. My wife was a bit out of her comfort zone initially--she wasn't quite sure how to order or what to expect--but she ended up absolutely loving everything. The mixed ceviche plate was a highlight; the juice used to cook the fish was perfectly balanced and really highlighted the freshness of the seafood. I ordered the special, which featured a lobster tail over rice with fried octopus. The octopus was perfectly crispy, providing that savory, satisfying experience you look for in a great meal. If you are looking for a busy, vibrant atmosphere with top-tier food, this is the place to go. We left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be back! read more
CVI.CHE 105 is the perfect date night spot! It has all the trendy Miami vibes without the long drive. I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The décor and ambiance is so fun and really sets the mood. It was a little loud for conversation, but the music was great and fit the vibe perfectly. Santiago was an amazing server! 10/10 service! He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The food was delicious. The ceviche and causa were standout dishes, and while the concha was good, I didn't think it quite justified the price. I also had a fantastic cocktail that I'd definitely order again. Food was okay, it always tastes salty here and service is average, if not closer to slow. I would just come here for the ceviche if you need a bite to eat from shopping. Same environment as all of them, usually a lot of seating. Recommend sitting outside. read more
First time visiting CVI.CHE 105, and a Peruvian restaurant, and I did not expect this level of quality. First of all, it's located within the Aventura Mall. Don't let that dissuade you, because this restaurant exudes NYC quality on every level. The interior is gorgeous. However, If you prefer outside seating, especially this time of year, not only will they oblige, but large propane heaters will keep you toasty. As you're being escorted to your table, you start to take in the elegance, grandeur, and decor that surrounds each patron. I was blown away and they did an outstanding job at going above and beyond with leaving a lasting impression. Service was just as stellar as the food. Staff members kept everyone comfortable, dining from clean dishes, and maintained water glasses constantly full. Let's start with something that I've never been presented.....complimentary plantain chips/pine nuts, with a cilantro dipping sauce. It was very good and I appreciated the textures of every ingredient. My drink was a Coconut Margarita and it was splendid. Well presented, plenty of rim salt, and every sip was smooth. The entrees were: Lomo Soltado (a traditional Peruvian dish, a stir-fry that combines marinated strips of sirloin with onions, tomatoes, french fries, and other ingredients, with white rice). This dish was LARGE, had to be shared, the spices exploded in your mouth, and I loved mixing the brown sauce with the rice/fries/onions/peppers. Next was the Ceviche Alconero Clasico De Toda La Vida (white fish in cubes, classic leche de tigre, lime, and limo pepper). Last was the Perricholi Roll (crispy rice bites topped with with mancora tuna, rocoto aioli, house-made sauce, and truffle oil). Both of these dishes were filling, not overly fishy, and you could taste the quality of each ingredient and presentation. I cannot commend, and recommend, CVI.CHE 105, enough. I'm certain, that you'll enjoy every item and be surrounded by an elegant and captivating space. read more
We stopped in for dinner and were greeted with chips and a house sauce to start. Our group of four decided to share the Trilogía de Ceviches -- a sampler of three fish ceviches (classic, rocoto sauce, and yellow pepper sauce). Unfortunately, we didn't love the flavors as much as we'd hoped. We also tried the Parihuela Amelcochada -- a rich seafood stew fused with risotto, loaded with squid, shrimp, mussels, and clams. This was a hearty and flavorful dish, and the table also enjoyed a pan-fried fish entrée. Someone else ordered the chicken and rice, and I went with the grilled red snapper (no butter) served with a fresh salad and steamed veggies (broccoli and asparagus). My dish was light, healthy, and nicely cooked. The service was attentive -- our waiter was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu -- and the restaurant itself is beautiful, with a stylish, upscale atmosphere that makes it feel special. Overall, a beautiful spot for a nice dinner, though some dishes were more of a hit than others for our table. read more

I really like this place! I've been here manny times and I usually sit at the bar. We ordered a ceviche clásico and it was really good; fresh and tasty. For drinks; we had the Chan-chan. It is spicy and sour; very nice! The service was fast. We had to ask for water and utensils which is odd since the service is usually on point. The ambiance is really nice and open. I love the fact that is right across the water sprinkles in the mall. I would always go back because this place is consistent in the food and drinks. read more

Such a cool place! The atmosphere is incredible -- fun, lively, with great music, amazing people, and an energy that makes the whole place feel like a celebration. It honestly feels like you've been transported straight to Peru!!! The food is absolutely delicious, everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. This restaurant was so good I had to go again on my last day in Miami! This location is right by the mall on the ground floor, has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered the seafood chaufon and the ceviche conchas for 2 people, we were so full we even had leftover rice to take home! The seafood chaufon had scallop, squid, shrimp, and mussels. Generous portion, amazing flavors, will come back again and again. read more
Me and my group of friends came here for dinner. We all enjoyed it here. The food was soo delicious. I was completely impressed. Although the restaurant was packed and full on a Saturday night, they managed to deliver. The grill octopus was the best. Cooked perfectly and texture was just right. I also ordered 2 sushi rolls. My only complaint was that there may have bit too much mayo. But still good. We were soo full, that we didn't get to try dessert. My friend ordered a plate with gnocchi and steak. It looked like Mac and cheese with beef and it was sooo good. Another minor complaint was that bc we were seated by the bar that was open to the patio, it was a little warm. Ceviche 105 never disappoints! Every time I go, the food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. This time, I started with the ceviche sampler, which was the perfect way to try a few different flavors. They were all delicious, packed with flavor, and super fresh. I also had a torched crab truffle roll, and tuna ceviche with avocado. Everything was packed with flavor and plated beautifully. To finish, I had their specialty key lime dessert... a perfect balance of sweet and tart. It was light, refreshing, and a great way to end the meal. Service was great and the staff was friendly. If you're a fan of seafood, you need to try Ceviche 105 is always a solid choice for some of the best ceviche. read more

It was the best ceviche I've ever had! The fish were fresh and all the ingredients were so good. The service was amazing, and our server explained everything to us with patience. Got to enjoy this delicious Peruvian spot outside on a cool Miami night. Service was excellent. The fish quality is very good. Decided to stop in for a quick bite to hold us over until dinner and was disappointed. I will give the waiter full points for knowing the menu and making suggestions but our overall experience was sub par. The seating set up reminds me of living in NYC where we are all on top of each other...even the waiters have a hard time squeezing by to provide service...when they do decide to visit and check up on their tables. The food was pretty salty and even though our ceviche was supposed to be spicy, I think the chef added more salt than anything else. Their ceviche is way too sour! It's quiet not enjoyable. The fish was fresh but the limes in it were too overpowering, they put too much. They serve you plantains with corn kernels while waiting for your order which was nice but I'm not a big fan... I don't really like its texture. One thing that really stood out to me was their security, he was very attentive and asking all of us one by one how are we enjoying our food. I was the last one left at the bar and his cute gesture was grabbing the beer bottle, looking through inside it if there was still some beer left and poured it on my Michelada's, that was cute and it made me laugh! ( because It was already empty btw ) Haha! He was very friendly which makes the dining experience fun. It's the little gesture like that , which makes people feel welcomed and wanna come back. I went over the weekend and the service was impeccable. We went with two dogs on the larger side (probably not a smart idea on my part on a Saturday) but they welcomed them openly finding us a quiet spot and brought them each a bowl of cool water. The food was delicious as always. What I love about this place is I remember going to the original location years ago and even though they have expanded you can tell they focus on delivering great service with wonderful food. We got a filet minon appetizer, an oyster with a gold flake, a soft taco, and of course ceviche (I love the mystirioso with a bit more spice and corvina only). We truly felt appreciated by everyone we engaged with. I highly recommend this place. read more

The Mi Favorito no longer comes with Breaded Skirt Steak its Grilled and so DELICIOUS! You can also get with Rib Eye for $3 Cheaper but I went with the Traditional Skirt Steak, Must have, The Pesto Linguine Was to Die For. The Ceviche Threesome was Amazing, my Favorite was the Spicy but the Classico and Yellow Pepper Version was also a hit. Friendly, Fast, and Great Vibe. Before I dive into this review I do want to say the food is 10/10. You will not regret eating here especially the quality and flavor. Our waitress Maria was amazing, knowledgeable and very sweet. However, there is an opportunity for improving reservations and accommodations. We were not seated on time and I witnessed many other patrons tables being delayed or pushed together with others. It is a very busy restaurant, so always book a reservation just to ensure you at least get a seat, delayed or not. Initially I felt we would be late and after calling, they said there was nothing else available. I went to the website myself and found an available time to accommodate our real time arrival and called to cancel the original reservation. read more

Han a craving for ceviche so when I saw the name on the map I made my way there. Place is cool. Really interesting stuff to look at everywhere. It is loud. But service was very kind prompt and courteous. My ceviche was nice but I should have paid more attention to the rest of the menu. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY FRAUD YOUR TIP. Food was good, no complaints. Service I would say is like none. My server was just standing there doing nothing and I had to ask the manager to get a refill for my drink. Without providing service, she still asked me if I could leave a five star review for her so she could leave for work early. Even with all this I still left a 18% tip. However, I checked my statement and saw she had changed the tip from 18% to 25%. She thought I wouldn't notice it. THIS IS FRAUD AND ILLEGAL. I'm literally talking to my bank to dispute this!!! And I'm giving a 3 star just because I want everyone who wants to go there to see my comment before going. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT NO MATTER WHAT. read more

Can I get ceviche and other dishes without cilantro? I've asked the restaurant on social media and no response. (No- ceviche doesn't HAVE to Have cilantro) TIA
They are pretty understanding so I'm sure you can. The one I ordered didn't have cilantro.

What kind of fish do they use for their ceviche? JW orry since they don't list it, that it could be something like tilapia.
I do not believe it's tilapia, it would not be as good. It's Corvina.
Is this place kid friendly, and if so, do they have a children's menu?
It's a bit on the "fancy side", but then again it's Miami, so it's still casual enough for families. They do have a kids menu.
There was a server I really liked, Daniel, I used to come in just for his service, did he move to a different location?
