I didn't sign up online to use the service. I just walked up, gave my name & phone number, then paid ahead with card & a tip screen. He gave me a claim tag for my bag. Since it's pre-paid, you do have to choose your number of hours ahead of time -- I just bought all day ($10), so I don't know what happens if you come back late. When I returned, he came out of the van to meet me. This is a great location to pick up your luggage and walk through Union Station directly to the metro/bus/Amtrak loading zones. Altogether no fuss, simple service, nice guy. I'm glad they're there!

I was able to enjoy my evening with my friend going around to some of local bars. Started to walk back towards Union Station at 10:25pm and text Mario to let him know. I got back to the van around 11pm and Mario was waiting for me to give me my bag, before heading back on the train.
