In addition to a huge selection, I've found staff to be knowledgeable, the return policy is good and prices are competitive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a big ticket item, a $1000…read moresewing machine. A few days later I receive an email that it's on backorder and will take a week longer. I was fine with waiting. Now I receive an email stating that they cancelled my order, because I didn't respond to their email. Since WHEN is it customary to respond to a status update email? It's not; in fact, most of the time status update emails cannot be responded to, as responses go to an unchecked email address. If they needed confirmation that this was "okay" with me to keep waiting, they should have explicitly stated that they needed a response. When I emailed them asking why they cancelled my order, and this was the reason, I was shocked. Now I have to wait 3 days for my money to be refunded so I could reorder the same product from them. So I asked why I should spend my money reordering from their store after they just screwed me over, and they literally told me to order from a different online store. This is not "customer service". This is highly unprofessional. And if they're willing to screw me over, someone who was trying to spend a big amount of money at their store, they'll screw your over, too. Don't trust them.
