I had been procrastinating on getting my mani/pedi because of the bad experience I had in Milwaukee right after I moved here. Since then, we have finally found our home in Pewaukee and I knew I had to find a place. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the owner and he took me to my chair right away. I was assigned to Suki and she was just a doll! She took very good care of me and she was such a delight to converse with, I didn't even sleep during my pedi like usual. Although it was more expensive than what I am accustom to, it was definitly worth it. (the pricing back home is more competitive due to supply). The chairs, tubs and stations were obviously new, but you can tell that it is very well taken care of as the staff takes pride in their stations. I booked my next appointment with Suki and am excited to call Lavish Nails my new home :-)

I had to hunch over to the right for him to even paint my nails. He painted them as fast as he could and you can tell. He was standing up 50% of the time trying to get a better angle to try to paint my nails. The person doing my pedicure WHACKED my foot with some massive tool. Every item used was single use and thrown away after used, making sure every appointment is personalized. The price is appropriate, and I absolutely recommend Nancy. She only works by appointment, no walk-ins. This assures timely appointments and personal service. I will stop looking for another salon as I have found what I was looking for. Therapist Dyhanne Jeanne Neuens is amazing! Because of her clinical training and training in various alternative treatment modalities, she was able to apply a combination of treatments during my massage which made a wonderful difference in my pain and in how I was able to move and experience my body following the massage. Posh wasn't the first place I called after searching the internet because I was looking for a therapist I thought could give a good medical/clinical massage and release my tight muscles. I didn't associate that kind of massage with a spa called "Posh".I was very pleasantly surprised, and feel so fortunate to have received the very best. I highly recommend massage therapist Dyhanne Jeanne. Though I live 2 hours away, and was just visiting the area for the weekend, I am considering making additional trips to WI to see Dyhanne Jeanne. When the lady asked the tech to do the manicure she actually rolled her eyes and said something to the tech next to her. There was food and drinks all over the place. While sitting at the drying table the workers kept coming up to grab the pistachios in the jar and chomp away while standing there. This time, I treated my wife, daughter, and granddaughter to a special day out for manicures and pedicures, spending over $300. What should have been a memorable experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing one. The manager separated my granddaughter from her mother and grandmother for her very first manicure. She had carefully grown out her natural nails specifically so she could get a dip manicure on her own nails. Before her parents even had a chance to explain what she wanted, the staff cut off her natural nails and proceeded to apply plastic nail tips instead--apparently because it was a more expensive service. Rather than keeping the family together as requested, the salon continued to keep my granddaughter separated for most of the appointment. While the adults were getting pedicures, she was isolated doing her nails. When her parent specifically asked for everyone to be together for the pedicures, the request was ignored, and the salon continued the services in opposite order. A child's first salon experience should be special, comfortable, and shared with her family. Instead, Silver Nails disregarded the family's wishes, ignored clear requests, and prioritized their own process over customer satisfaction. The result was an upsetting experience that cannot be undone. After years of giving this salon chances, this was the final straw. We will not be returning.
