After texting to share some photos they said they'd need a window technician to check it out. They showed up exactly when scheduled and texted to let me know when they were nearly here. It turned out to be an easy fix so they took care of it on the spot, free of charge. They even insisted on cleaning up the little plastic bits that came off the window during the repair (even though I told them I could take care of it). Fingers crossed that I won't need to repair or replace any other windows soon, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Seattle Glass and Window.

They were knowledgeable about how the electrical worked enough to move them. Then they removed the old mirror as part of the cost to do the job. They kept the price the same and the price came in lower than our other bid. I would highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again on any mirror or glass repairs or replacements we may need.

I have called them close to 10 times trying to get updates. On multiple occasions, I was told someone would follow up with me, but the follow-up simply never happened. Orders don't seem to be tracked, calls aren't returned, and eventually you're left feeling like you've simply been ghosted. What makes this especially frustrating is that Glass Guru was originally recommended to me, so I felt comfortable referring them to a friend. They went to my friend's property, inspected the issues, and said they would order the necessary parts and return to complete the work. After that -- nothing. I personally called on my friend's behalf three separate times. Each time, I was able to get someone on the phone and was assured they would look into it and follow up. Each time, no one did. I understand that contractors get busy, parts get delayed, and schedules change. None of that bothers me if a company communicates. What I find unacceptable is repeatedly telling customers you will follow up and then simply not doing it. At this point, the experience gives the impression that they simply aren't interested in the business. Unfortunately, after both my own experience and the experience of someone I referred to them, I cannot recommend Glass Guru of Redmond.
