They came and picked it up and said since it is the end of the season they could get it fixed quickly. We called them after one week to see if they found something and how much it would cost. No call back. We called again a few days later and no call back. Went to the store in person and they said the mechanic was sick and it was going to cost $500 for the seal, service and delivery. We asked if they could call and give us an update on when it should be ready. Week 3 still no call. Went back in and they tried to give the same excuse that the mechanic was sick and they needed to order the part. We weren't happy and advised them that we needed it done asap and wanted a call. 4 1/2 weeks now and nothing! Got the run around and wanted to talk to the manager. Was told that the manager was the owner and they would see if he had time. Came back that he was to busy. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM FOR REPAIRS!!! This isn't the first time we have gone to them and it usually took 3 weeks With chasing them.

You can even see the old safe, a potbellied stove and a jail cell in the back. We learned all of this from the delightful staffer, who also had homemade cookies set out! So that was pretty awesome. The shop itself is about 50% "antiques" (mostly Victorian era glassware), with the rest split between gifty stuff and alpaca merchandise. Now, you might think that's odd but Nueske's owns a herd of alpaca (why not?) and this the store sells alpaca socks, slippers and wonderfully soft woven blankets. If you're stocking up on bacon, it's worth a few minutes to check out this cute store.

The staff was friendly and let us browse the aisles to our hearts content. There is a bathroom inside but you need to ask for a key to use it. A "bonus" of this place is it is located to a handy map of the downtown area and neat photo ops like the red London Telephone booth at the end of the block. Masks are required inside the store and staff wore masks as well.

You're just flat out lying. And did I receive a message back? NO- they ignored all my messages. So no attempt has ever been made to mitigate the sale of the forgery to me. E.g.- the seller is happy selling counterfeits and rather than trying to make things right by the victim, they ignore all communications and hide behind the relative anonymity of the internet. Lastly- it is not libel when the individual speaks the truth. So if you'd like to vet your claims about libel, I would adore the opportunity to demonstrate how you sold me a counterfeit instead of a real coin. Bob- you've had MONTHS to try and make this right, but you haven't lifted a finger. You don't respond to communications. I've been deceived and swindled by you. Isn't that dishonest and unethical by any measure?
