I was referred to them by several people and I can't agree more. This is the best gun service shop I've used. I'm a professional firearms instructor so I'm not new to shooting. And if you didn't, then shoot them a text. Ok, just as I review, things worked out with an explanation. I never received a card updating the status of work on my gun. Not Ben's fault. Not the first piece of mail that got lost this season. Anyway, picking up my gun, and Ben called and explained all the work.

On the phone before coming in I was told the gunsmith would need to see the gun to give an estimate, so I brought it in. In the shop I was told that I would get a phone call to give me an estimate when he got a chance to look over it. They never called to give an estimate. When I dropped my gun off I also left the new sights that I'd bought online. They came in a bag with all the tools and manuals with them. This bag - and my old sights - were thrown away. I also have posted before and after pictures of the damage done to the slide during the process. Overall for paying over $130, I expected better results and service.
