The chairs aren't regular salon chairs they're cushy clouds. I went here when it was previously stilettos not really knowing any other salons wanted to stick with what I knew. I don't get my hair done often but I will be now. Starting with the consult Alexa made sure I knew what I was getting and made sure she knew what exactly I wanted. She seemed happy to chat and also picked up on when I wanted to just sit and play my phone games. The color I wanted to achieve was purple but not like in your face purple. She nailed it ! Loved the equipment at the salon as well- rather than a spaceship blow dryer they had updated heaters which don't blast your ears. The sinks were comfortable on the neck and while sitting conditioning you get a very relaxing forehead massage and hot towel for under your neck. I left feeling like a million bucks - relaxed and looking perfect for spooky season. You can really tell that lex and the owner really care about customer satisfaction. Pricey BUT you get what you pay for -I'm happy and will be back !

What was most frustrating was that when I expressed my concerns, I felt like they were dismissed rather than addressed. As the appointment went on, I also felt that she became frustrated when I spoke up about the results. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unheard. I don't know whether she was having a bad day, was distracted by other things, or if this is her usual approach with clients, but the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Piece of advice to the owner/stylists on the women's side of the salon it's all about the small things that you do for clients that keeps them coming back, in other words it's what you do that helps bring money to you. The haircut was quick like I needed, but that didn't stop Ling from talking with me and having great conversation. I felt very welcomed, relaxed, and left feeling great about my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon and I will definitely be back. One thing I will mention is that this establishment is cash or check only.
