Unfortunately, we just missed breakfast, but I was still able to get a Mimosa. The staff is absolutely on point and very attentive, that speaks volumes because it was pretty busy. I ordered a taco salad, and every bite was absolutely delicious, the shell was full to the brim with goodness, salsa came on the side. The manager brought over a carnation and gave it to me in honor of Mother's Day, I thought that was incredibly sweet! It was totally unexpected. My boys truly enjoyed their meals, just as much as I enjoyed mine. They were completely intrigued by the interior decor, and it was fun to see their reactions. I always pass by different trucks with dining plans already in motion, wishing I had an opportunity to try the different options but having it slip right pass me. Same thing happened when I saw Bro's Seafood a few weeks ago. The family and I already had dinner plans but I wanted to ask the food truck when they'd be in the area again. As the name says, hot dogs and tacos are the fare. I ordered 2 sonoran style hot dogs, and my wife had a plain hot dog with mustard. They were perfect! The buns were lightly toasted but fresh bread buns. Nothing can ruin a hot dog quicker than a stale or old bun. Tavo's doesn't make that mistake. Fresh toasted hot dog buns are perfect. The ingredients inside are even better. The hot dog is made perfect and piping hot. The ingredients on my Sonoran dog included grilled onions, diced tomatoes, whipped guacamole sauce, mustard, and more. Wow. Excellent flavors. It's tasty but not too spicy. Finished off with a fresh grilled jalapeño on the side! A bite of the pepper goes well with a bite of the hot dog, or if you don't want the spice, ignore the grilled jalapeño. The prices were excellent as well. Each hot dog is only $4. Very reasonable! You can get a hot dog with fries for just $7. This little hot dog and taco stand was a blissful little stop .
