If you make a same day appointment (not a walk in) you get the "oh well you're lucky we could accommodate you same day". I still went there pretty consistently since it's convenient to where I live, but the last time I asked the tech to make my nails a matte, and when I noticed she started to do glossy, I asked if matte was still happening. I just said keep it glossy since I felt like I was inconveniencing her. That was my last visit so now I travel further to go somewhere else. Overall, can be good, but they have to like you. But it's not the most relaxing or enjoyable experience otherwise.
