We bought a dog from the Arlington location 6/11/2026, we brought her home she wouldn't eat that…read morenight despite not eating since 1:30 that day according to the store. She didn't eat the entire next day either. Took her to the vet where he noted she was underweight, we got her boosters and continued to try and feed her. That night we gave her boiled chicken which she did eat about 1 TBS. Almost immediately threw it up. She continued to throw up the next day and we took her to the ER vet at the advise of the pet store where was purchased and she was diagnosed with Parvo, being underweight (the vet was shocked she checked her weight twice) and being severely dehydrated. (Average number is ~30-40, hers was 98.9) we chose to get her treatment that cost an additional $2,000. We called the store the following morning to let them know so they could decontaminate as well as see what our options were because she came with a 5 day guarantee. They were rude and told us to email Crystal. I did and the only option was to bring her back for a refund or return her and get a new dog. I explained we already sought treatment for her and didn't want to bring her back because we obviously cared for her and getting a new dog from a contaminated store wasn't an option. Crystal stated several times that was the only option and ensured me they would never sell a sick dog and said she was tested prior to being placed in our care but can not give me any documentation proving this. This business is Deceitful and has had other golden retriever puppies that our dog likely came in contact with end up with Parvo as well. They switch dogs store from store creating cross contamination and exposure risk to all their pets. Side note: website states these animals are vet checked but nothing record beyond a printed piece of paper with dates on it. No vaccine lot numbers, no cited vet. NOTHING To their comment about being in a grassy area, we've never had a dog, this is in our own backyard which is a brand new build. I am also attaching a picture of her now that we've gotten her medicine and she can actually keep food down. Scary to see how underweight she was.

He has some matting on his butt because the hairs grew really long around it so I understood it would be a shorter cut. I dropped him off at 10:30am I was told to pick him up at 5pm and when I picked him up he had random pieces of hair hanging all over his body, cuts and lumps , no nail trim, no teeth brushing just a rushed Job done for over 6 hours. when he got into my car he ran under the passenger side seat hiding and growling at me and refused to let anyone touch him. I immediately went back into the school with tears streaming down my face and asked the school what happened they stated it took 3 people to hold down a 13 pound mini poodle and that he experienced some trauma I shouldn't have paid but I did. and left. When I returned home my dog continued to hide from me, looking into space and would flinch anytime I tried to get him. I knew in my heart something happened to him, I went back the next day to get some type of justice for him after seeing some hidden reviews over the years of them doing the same to other dogs. I went in stern because I was upset over my dog, I didn't curse, didn't throw things around and I still got the POLICE called on me. When I said very loud "wow to be black in america standing up for yourself gets you this" the owner Sasha laughed in my face and said with this attitude why would I help you. the police were called and their solution was they would have my dog return in 2 weeks and they would finish the haircut free of charge. I have so many issues with their resolution. Not once did they take accountability, they had lite me trying to convince me that my dog myst have gotten injured prior to Him coming to them and to top it off I was so much of a "threat" To them that they would call the police but not enough that it was okay for me to return. NOT OKAY. Don't EVER bring your animal here if you care about their well being.
