If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order before Christmas and was promised it…read morebefore Christmas day. However, I finally got it Feb 21!!! Their customer service is deplorable. They will not answer the phone or texts. And there is never anyone at the facility. It was closed every time I went to try to see what the heck was the delay in my order. When you finally contact someone, they promise to call you back, but never do. They never update you. I finally got to where I made a pest of myself by calling and texting daily. I got about 1 text for every 10-15 texts I sent. I never got a call back from my voice messages. When I finally got my order, they had done a good job. So, bottom line, only order from them if you don't mind waiting a few months.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Service…read more !!!DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself. Very disappointing.

I have used TX Sportswear for all of my company's promotional items and company apparel needs for…read morethe past year. Here's a breakdown of my experiences with them: Customer Service - Consistently amazing: I can email/call/text my account rep and he (Stephen) responds back immediately. He set up a custom website for my employees to place online orders and simplified our ordering processes (saving me and my company time/money). Small orders or Big orders I still get professional services every time. Product Quality - Colors are always correct. Products are always great quality. If I see something somewhere else and tell him about it, he will let me know in advance if he has ever had any product quality issues with that product and if so he will recommend a similar one without the problem(s). Which helps me avoid those things I wouldn't have known about originally, like thin shirts, cheap materials, easily broken, etc. Turn Around Time & Price - I have never received an item late or been surprised by the prices quoted/paid. Turn around times are fast (usually 2 weeks) and if you need rushed items, they work with YOUR schedule. If you give them your goal and your budget they will help you pick out promo/apparel items to maximize your ROI and reach those goals. To anyone responsible for an entire company's promotional items and/or apparel needs: I highly recommend Texas Sportswear Specialities in Fort Worth.
