From the moment I arrived I felt very comfortabe and we got to the shoot straight away. They clearly have been doing this a long time as they really know what they're doing - one directs the shoot while the other takes the pictures, a great team! The studio itself has adequite space and facilities and is great for both kids and adults (there is an abundance of toys and props!). It was warm and comfortable and fun. Although I bought a voucher to go there, and a further one for my brother and his little family, I would be quite happy to be paying full price for the shoot and pictures. A really great experience all round!

What I will say is, throughout my time using groupon vouchers, or vouchers from any other company, I have never experienced such a level of disdain and disinterest. Despite the fact that they had already had to extend the expiring date as they had been unable to accommodate the number of vouchers sold, and despite admitting they had supplied incorrect details to groupon for customers to reach them at, the declined to accept any responsibility. Instead they decided that the blame lay with my friend (they recipient of this gift) for not guessing the details were incorrect and searching elsewhere. I was also highly disappointed that despite the fact they were re-running the deal, they showed no interest in simply carrying the voucher over. Clearly this company was in it for a quick buck, and if you have an easy experience, I'm glad, however should any issues arrive, don't expect a very satisfying level of care or respect. I will be very careful before purchasing another voucher of this nature again.

I told him he was the rudest man I ever met and he just said so are you(which I wasn't in any way shape or form) that is so unprofessional. in my opinion he shouldn't be taking kids photos or actually I don't think he should be anywhere near them.. a poster outside for 5e passport photos. He charged me 8e for my child(which he did say it would be on phone before I saw the posters. And on his website it says ALL passport photos are 5e.) I held my child and it took two clicks.. I asked about the sign and he said kids are almost impossible to do and you're at a professional photographer (while looking down his nose at me). That is why I said 8e on the phone. I could not believe how rude and dismissive he was of me and my kids.. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment like the plague.. I left so angry and upset and that man caused it all.. he is a disgrace to customer service and to all photographers out there. No photographer worth his salt would have given me the photo I received from this company (passport photo or not) I asked if it would pass biometrics and he said I havent been asked that in 13years what is biometrics... Not the usual snaps but something more natural and with movement and depth - really, capturing the moment like I have rarely seen before. This sounds like the rant and gushing of a fanboy but I'm going to allow it this time, I don't give 5 stars lightly and Suzanne was brilliant, deffo worth a shot! (Bad pun totally intended)
