My first experience with this lab was absolutely terrible. Three owners. The printer Michael had a…read moreterrible condescending attitude and very rude. The prints I received from them was well below standards. I got made two 8' prints and two 6' prints printed and mounted and heatsealed. The prints were absolutely terrible they were all about 50% too dark and showed colour blotching. The shadows were all blocked up and over all a magenta colour cast. The heatseals were no better, pieces of stringed dust trapped under the heatseal in the skies were very noticeable. The edge of one of the photos seemed cut by hand and too which seemed so uneven one might thing he must have been drunk. Over all Im shocked to think any photo lab would produce such low standards.I paid €1350 and they requested I make a bank transfer in advance, which I did. I also spoke to Jim and he didn't realise that they had to match the samples that I sent with the order. OMG...I finally spoke to the printer again( Michael) to address this problem. He told me that I sized up my image that there was no camera that could produced this file size. He went on to tell me that he was printing for twenty years and there was no camera that could produce this. I couldn't get a word in at any time to explain because he hung up on me three times. His behaviour was childish and ignorant and hiding behind the phone. Anyone can have an off day but at least admit it like a man and fix the problem. They refused to remake again and no refund. I have missed an opening of a very important event with VIP's attached. Any photographer or lab can put PROFESSIONAL and QUALITY attached to their name, but real business and printers can produce. If you are looking for quality this photo shop doesn't have it. My Name is David McMahon. I live in west Clare, Kilrush. I am a Fuji agent and also run my own photo shop (up to 10x15)and framing, photo restoration, Portrait and landscape photographer. My cameras equal 450 million pixel of digital camera quality. I am a large format landscape photographer. LSL is a small amateurs with big man attitude. Silly people. Photography and printing is a technical business some people just don't have it. Avoid LSL photo shop.

The 1 star review from another customer is highly unfair. There was no lies or excuses! We also opted for the Christmas Minis shoot and can vouch for the delay with the courier company, as I actually work for the particular courier, that was delivering the prints! We experienced delays due to the busy Christmas period, which unfortunately reflected badly on both us, and the photographer, who actually went out of her way to deliver them asap. We will continue to use Cute as a Button for our photography needs, with confidence, and always recommend them!

On the day of the shoot Olivia was a true professional with the patience of a saint considering my little ones were in self destruct mode. The prints we received were just simply awesome and I will cherish them forever. Her work is of the highest quality and I will 100% be back for more as the children get older. Overall it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. A++++++

Steve is an absolute pleasure to work with, he works fast, he makes you look your absolute best,…read moreand he's very flexible! I had a few friends - college students - who needed headshots done for applications, and their photos turned out so well that I had to know who did them! I was on a tight deadline to get a professional (corporate) photo done and got in touch with Steve who was able to fit me in the next day. It's a straightforward 15 minute walk from Grafton Street and when I arrived, we got me done and dusted within 15 minutes and on my way! That was Wednesday - he got my finished photo back to me by Friday. Although not a particularly insecure person in daily life, I do run into the typical self-consciousness when taking photos. Steve absolutely minimized this without trying to do the annoying insincere flattery thing, which I actually really appreciated. He didn't try to make my simple application photo into a "photo shoot" and helped me to mitigate the "tired medical student" look, making minor but key adjustments as we went along without taking an age and a half to do so. Anyway that's about all I can say that's helpful - except that if I ever need any kind of portrait taken again, I'll definitely be going back!
