This is such a fun cute idea. I originally didn't review it because I got my first bracelet free however, I went back and paid for a 2nd bracelet. I loveeee the process of picking charms even tho right now it's hot & it was even hotter with all those people there trying to look for charms as well. One of the employees gave me a fan to use . They are very helpful, there are gold charms and silver charms. My first bracelet was silver & went back for a gold one. You can ask the employees to help find a charm if u see it in gold but want silver & vice versa. I thought they would eventually get annoyed of doing that but if they did they never expressed it in their face so that was a plus. It's a fun adventure with your homegirls, daughters, mothers etc.. read more

This is a really cute build-your-own accessory shop. You pick your bracelet size, then move down the line choosing the pieces you want to add. There are two sides to the store, so make sure to check out both for all the options. It can feel a little overwhelming either from the crowd or just having so many choices but the staff is helpful if you need guidance. Price is a little high but don't overthink it - bring a friend (or a few) and have fun with it! read more

Super fun and unique activity to do in NYC! We had a great time and spent about an hour here putting together our bracelets. Employees were friendly and helpful. They had great music playing and plenty of charms / links to pick from. My total was $56. Its a bit small inside so it was hard to walk around people once it got busy. read more

Such a fun experience to do with my mom on our latest trip to NY! We both made the 1/2 charmed bracelet, mine in Gold and hers in silver. I was a little disappointed in their NYC themed charms but still had a big selection for both metals. Lots of colors and stones to put on. We went during the week when the store was not very busy. read more

Such a cute place to customize bracelets! Definitely a great spot for keepsakes or a fun holiday outing for Mother's Day. I came with my grandmother, my mother, and my children, and we each made a bracelet. They take walk-ins, which was super convenient. Ashley , who helped us, was so kind and welcoming. Took my daughter here for her 18th birthday and we had a blast. The store decor is super cute and the staff was pleasant. The selection of charms to add toy your bracelet was plentiful. I liked that you had the option of a full charm bracelet or half charm. The price wasn't bad (It's New York). The location wasn't hard to find , although the store itself is small and a lot of people in there doesn't leave much room to comfortably move about, despite that minor infraction, we had a blast. read more

I learned of this business when i entered a giveaway on instagram and won. I was sent an electronic gift card to book customize bracelets for me and a friend and I made sure to book a bestie date. This location is pretty close to the C & E train and a nice walk from the 6 train but not a bad walk. I want to begin by saying the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. The ladies at the front told us how to measure our wrists and how many charms we would each have. I paid the difference to have the full bracelet filled and so glad i did. It came out so nice and very much elegant. We both loved our bracelets and how helpful the ladies were with helping us find more blingy charms. The music here is also very upbeat and kept us entertained. I truly loved this experience and will definitely come back. I want a silver one now haha! I've posted about it on instagram and many people have asked about it too! read more

I visited this place one week ago as i seen it on tiktok, its a cute little store, kinda packed because its small but wasn't too much of an issue, just kind of disappointed as the employees claim the charms don't tarnish and one week later its already tarnishing... extremely upsetting tbh as i take extra precautions and take off my bracelet before i shower etc. read more

My friends and I came 4/3 around 5-6pm and the employees will be the reason you never step foot in this place again. When we first walked in the lady had attitude and didn't seem welcoming at all, and she gave us absolutely nooo instructions and we had no idea what to do!!! When we went to check out another employee was giving us attitude because we took a couple minutes to organize how we want our charms even though she asked us... and told us to go back to the line. They're not nice at all, we've heard them talk bad about other customers out loud!!! so i'm not sure why mean highschool girl vibe this place has going on but it needs to stop. read more

I visited right after opening, a little after 10 am (many businesses do not open until 11am, like my beloved Seed+Mill). My first impression was that it reminded me of a food hall similar to what I experienced in various cities in Japan. The variety of foods available is impressive and you really can find it all here, from an Italian grocer to Japanese to the various food stands offering everything from BBQ to the best halvah I've ever had. And there's a Pearl River Mart and other places to find gifts and souvenirs. My favorite of this ilk is Muji Market, which has all the Japanese amazing things! Also of note: very clean bathrooms. It reminds me of the bathrooms at Grand Central, a lot of stalls, sinks in the center, only much, much more pleasant. I'll be back as soon as I can. It's silly that I didn't come here when I actually lived in New York.

Wanted to highlight a few more stores here for this review: - Moon Man Foods: a Brooklyn-based company, they have a small stand about a third of the way thru the market (walking east to west), selling southeast Asian kaya jam, which is coconut-based and contain eggs, coconut milk, sugar, starch, and salt. They come in pandan, ube, and Java palm sugar (aka gula melaka) flavors. - Pearl River Mart and Pearl River Mart Foods: back in the day they used to be located in SoHo on Broadway, though rising rents made them relocate, and I'm glad they're still around! They carry all sorts of Asian-inspired decor, serving ware, stationery, and their "Foods" location downstairs is combination of Asian grocery, bubble tea (Milk & Tea), and Korean and Chinese snack/takeout stands (Kimbap Lab and Mao's Bao's). - Muji Market: this is a smaller location that carries a narrower assortment than your average Muji (house wares, basic apparel, accessories, kitchenware, snacks), though they have a full cafe serving coffee and matcha, simple Japanese lunch items like bowls, sandwiches and bento. Cafe prices seem a little higher probably due to the location. - gallery art: there is a small whitewashed hallway gallery of maybe a couple dozen small pieces by local artists, featuring NYC-centric photos, sketches, paintings, multi-media. Found this fun and entertaining!
