Took my son for a haircut and the barber did a great job! She was gentle enough for my 8 year old son who can't keep still, yet was able to give a pretty detailed cut. We walked in and was able to have a cut right away. The way the shop is setup allows me to wait comfortably while I'm waiting. I love the hip hop artwork and they have the best playlist. DO NOT GO HERE. For a $20 cut they cut up my line up and did a horrible job at a fade. When I asked if they can fix it, they were going to charge me another $20 for a fix. On top of that, the barber was talking to another person while working on my hair taking occasional breaks and wasn't focused at all. read more

Not a good experience, my normal barber shop was temporarily closed so I went here to get a cut before I flew out of town to visit family. When I walked in I sat down and the guy said he'd take me after the person he was currently working on. When it was my turn I gave him simple instructions; I like my sides and back short with a 1-2 fade, and the long part on top to fall over and hang, I don't want them blended. He did the exact opposite of what I told him, blended my sides into the top, no overhang, and my sides aren't even that short. Strongly advise making an appointment! Called ahead to see if they took walk ins. I was assured over the phone that it wouldn't be a problem. Showed up to the shop at 9:15 (right after they opened.) There were 2 barbers already cutting at the time. They said they couldn't cut me, however, the rest of the barbers would be in around 9:30 or 10:00 and someone would get to me. Long story short... multiple barbers came in, multiple people got their hair cut. I sat around almost 2 hours before someone finally came over and said no one would be able to get to me - the next opening would be 1:30. Are you serious?! If you can't accommodate a walk in just be honest from the beginning and there's no harm done. read more

This place is a very cliquish. They cater to who they know and customer service is horrible. I will admit they give good haircuts however the environment is uncomfortable, loud misc, bad communication, inappropriate conversations by barbers and language. I went to this location two days in a row, first day I waited 45mins then left and the second day I went the place opened an hour late. Three barbers trickled in and took "appointments". I left after waiting 30mins. If your looking for an unprofessional setting and are willing to endure the above for a good haircut then this is your place. Please read the response from the business. Jordan is the guy! I was a walk-in on a Tuesday and he gave me the cut I wanted. We talked about the style and he made it happen. What impressed me about this shop was all the barbers were dressed the same. Vest, ties and black trousers. Old fashioned pride and great service. The shop's decor is dedicated to sports hero's, past & present. So nice to see in a day where young men think it's OK to sag and wear do-rags outside the home that these young men don't endorse that look. Ill lead off by saying the barbers here are great. With that, a male's haircut does not warrant the same price as a lady's haircut, its just a completely different dynamic.
