They took advantage of my lack of knowledge with all the names of the specific parts of the gutter system and wrote up a work order mostly replacing parts that I hadn't asked to be replaced or had any problems with them. I signed their contract based on their misleading write up and gave them 50% deposit that I lost. Had I known they will only replace two end caps, and not my main problem, I would've gone with another company. Be vary of them pressuring you to sign the estimate that day for the discounted price. In the end they didn't fix or replace the parts I had shown their inspector so I had to hire and pay another person to take care of it.

The employee who showed up tried to charge extra for clearing leaves (which I refused), certainly did not clear the downspouts on the upper roof (I don't know if the gutters were blown clear), and had no replacement filters. I emailed Jeff that I was very unhappy with the service and I must say that Jeff did not respond with denials or resentment. He showed up in person and did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. I was sore tempted to knock off a star for the undesired rigamarole, but Jeff is a man of integrity, and that would not have been fair.
