I had a couple of roofing companies give a bid. My real estate agent has referred Monroy's Roofing to many clients. I appreciated the explanation of choices available & what to expect during this project. My home is close to 2500 sqft. The crew arrived, work was underway before 8:00 a.m. Have a new roof by 4:00 p.m. on day 2. I appreciate the respect for property, putting items moved to do the work, back where it was & blowing off the roof as well as yard, leaving everything clean. Happy to give five stars to Monroy's Roofing Company.

Not only was Monroy's the most economical estimate, but as soon as I met Genaro I knew I wanted him and his crew to do the job. They came ready to rock on a Friday morning at 8am and got my 1300sq ft house completed within two days! The crew were courteous, attentive, and professional. Genaro was on site working hard alongside his guys, Chris was also on site to help and provided me with drone photos after the first day of work. My roof looks amazing and I am 100% confident in their craftsmanship as well as the high quality materials they worked with to get my home water tight and safe again. Thank you SO much to Genaro, Chris, Mario, Hilario, Jesus, and Noe- and the other guys whose names I didn't get. I really appreciate your very hard work and attention to detail and clean up.

They were on the site for 5 months. Areas of my house such as my roof and soffits on the porch were left open to all elements for weeks. Birds started nesting. Ashes from the fire and and rain landed on everything I had in my garage. The bathroom was never finished and the tiles are crocked. He performed plumbing (charged me as if he was) and has no plumbing license. The cuts on the soffits are croocked. The roof has dips and is compromised. I have an open lawsuit with him and my attorney has tried to serve him 5 times and he hides like a coward. He argued with the Oregon mediator stating his work is beyond excellent. If that is the case why not be served and show the excellence of your work in court??? If he's doing work for you, I'm sorry you are going through what I'm going through. Contact the Oregon board of construction. Reach out to me if you want to see all the issues we are having and the "quality" work he did. I haven't touched anything since I told him to leave. Now I'm thousands in debt without a certificate for the roof, a working bathroom, and a porch with tarp. Has been in this state since October 2020.
