It's now late august, they have not contacted me to reschedule. I get that the company might have a policy about not digging around in customers' mulch, but i think it took me less time to clear the mulch after finding the form than it took the technician to write it out. Why fill out a form and leave instead of even trying to contact the owner?

I contacted Mid Valley Drain, as well as a few other companies, about getting a quote. James immediately answered the phone and said he could be out first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and by that afternoon I had a detailed quote with multiple options, all broken down by parts and price. Not only was I impressed by the detailed quote, I was very impressed by the price. The next morning James and his team were hard at work trenching my backyard. He had a team of 3 and they worked from 8 AM to 6 PM non-stop. I was impressed with their work ethic and the speed at which they got things done. 2 days later (4 days after calling for a quote), the job was done, and my issues were solved. We have not had any issues since the French drain went in. I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors over the years, but James and his team at Mid Valley Drain were a breath of fresh air.
