They arrived early and worked hard all day. The owner, Terry, checked in frequently to ensure the work was done properly. When everything was done, we were very happy with the results. Not only did our home receive a flattering face lift, but we've been very pleased with how much less drafty and chilly our home is. In fact, I asked my husband to lower the presets on our thermostat! Very personable and knowledgeable about product....but…read more..... if you need gutter covers or awnings...use another dealer. This dealer is unresponsive, even to calls from Sunsetter, in contacting us. They do not return phone calls and no one has ever answered their phone, it's always voice mail. (note: both products are fine. The gutter guards work well and the awning seems to be well build. Can not say how well it works because it has yet to have install completed....and now we are in 20 degree weather.) The problem is the dealer. After sale and payment we have been ignored. So far we have called 10+ times and received no return phone calls in an attempt to get scheduled for the gutter guard install. While we were attempting to get that scheduled the awning arrived and, as instructed, we called to advise them of this and set up an install date for the awning. (voicemail) Waited all day on appointed install date for the gutter guards (pre-scheduled) ...called 2 hours after appointed time and were told we 'should have' been contacted that they were running days behind. No apology. Only that the installer will call us. Installer finally came out and installed the gutter guards but there was a bracket missing from the awning so that could not be done. Finally talked with owner after leaving message with legal threat. Got song about out of town, personnel quitting, etc. Promised he would refund the install fee (hasn't happened) and see to it that it got installed right away. Ok, fine, things happen, but how does that prevent them from picking up the phone and calling? Making a long story short(er)...It is now November 12.... Awning was ordered Sept 6, Arrived Sept 27,and is still not installed. Sunsetter, the manufacturer, is involved, trying to get gutterglove to call me, and I still have not heard peep one. They also have an office in Northbrook, IL.... avoid them both.

This came just a week after a different company quoted me $19,000 to resolve the issue. Even better, he didn't charge me for his time!
