Today I discovered Custom Ink and I'm a huge fan! I often see really cute sayings on t-shirts or Instagram that I think would make for great wearable items for me. The problem is that I am plus size and often the items I can order run small, don't come in my size and are usually not available to try on. Enter Custom Ink! Custom Ink has two showrooms in my area. One turned out to be minutes from my office in West Princeton. The other is in KOP which is an easily accessible area. The showrooms have samples of all the types of clothing and accessories you can have customized. Sadly for me there were only 2 plus size items that I could try on but I made them work! Almost all of the samples in the store were medium and large which limited who could actually make the most of the showroom. I would love to see more in store options available in a variety of sizes. Also, some items in the store can only be ordered in a quantity of 6 but there are several that you can order individually like I did. Once you pick your pieces you get to work with graphic artist to design what you want your item to say. Dj is the designer who worked with me. He had a great knack for picking fonts that work well with others. Together we designed both of my shirts until I was totally happy with the graphic. DJ even ran it by other employees for their feedback because each person in the store has an eye for what will work well. Each of my shirts came to $34. Pricy for a t-shirt but its a t-shirt that I helped to design and I know it will fit. That makes the shirt pretty close to priceless. This was a super fun experience and as long as the shirts hold up I expect I'll be back. read more

I never visited a brick and mortar store, but I did use Custom Ink for a rush t-shirt order for my high school club. Customer service was EXCELLENT, shirts were delivered on time, were high quality and did not disappoint. I plan to use them for all of my custom design needs! read more

was excited to order new company t-shirts and hoodies. was very pleased with design layout and shirt options. received a quote for the entire quantity of 52 items. received a delivery date of 2-27-2025. then received an email requesting an extra $50 to resize the image for 2 youth shirts. I agreed. updated the purchase order to reflect the additional $50 and adjusted for the new tax amount at 5.5% as they were charging. received another email claiming that the new purchase order was incorrect, and the total should have been for an additional $90 and adjusted new tax total at 5.5%. when I asked where the extra $40 dollars came from, they told me it was the shirt costs. when I referred back to the original quote and the prices, they sent another email telling me the extra $40 was because of delivery fees associated with my zip code. when I referred them back to the original quote and second quote that both said free delivery, they then told me that the computer system sets the pricing, and they cannot change it or enter it manually. I canceled my order on the spot. every time they sent me a new updated invoice the price kept increasing. no thank you. read more

We received what we ordered, which is all I can ask for. In addition to that however, Mitchell and Andrew were very helpful during the ordering process including starting a design for us which followed exactly what I was looking for, then putting up with me ordering it and paying, then canceling, redesigning and ordering once again. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Everyone knows and loves the quality and process of CustomInk but the store makes the designing and purchasing even more enjoyable and simple. Everyone is so so willing to help. Excellent service bar none!!! I cannot express how much Andrew C. from the Princeton store of CustomInk helped me with my t-shirt order and also helped to expedite delivery. Four days before the Jimmy Buffett concert at PNC Bank Arts Center (Tuesday, Aug. 6) I thought it would be a cool idea to get some custom t-shirts made for the tailgate & concert. I called Andrew on Friday morning and over the phone he helped me tweak my online design and helped to expedite shipping. I made the cutoff for Monday delivery by a half hour. Everything arrived on Monday afternoon and the t-shirts were perfect. Even received some compliments from other Parrotheads. Will definitely use CustomInk again but will plan better so as not to make Andrew jump thru hoops next time. read more

Sarai helped me from beginning to end, keeping in constant contact, updating and following up with my order even after it arrived. She also helped me after my initial order because I needed to order more, and accommodated a need when I made an error ordering the first time. She is amazing! The team in Princeton was super helpful in creating a shirt for our young entrepreneurial daughter. I would have never gone online to create the shirt myself. Having someone there to help us and walk us through our options and the process was just what we needed to create the perfect t-shirt for our daughter.
