When I read that the only way to preserve my soft pastel drawing without permanently altering it…read morewas to frame it in glass, I knew I had to find a quality framer. Image Arts was the solution! I worked with Jay, a very knowledgeable RISD alum who helped me look through the different framing, mat, and glass options. He also showed me what they do specially for chalk, which didn't add a whole lot more to the price. He was not only super friendly and knowledgeable, but funny and enthusiastic; an overall pleasure to work with. It was obvious that he was passionate about the work and about helping me pick the best options for the art itself - not just trying to profit. I ended up splurging on the museum glass, and I'm happy I did because it looks amazing. My chalk is now forever preserved, and they didn't damage it at all with their hands while framing it. (Chalk is super easy to mess up with a simple touch.) I am so happy with my frame job and will definitely be back for more! Thank you Jay and thank you, Image Arts!

I went to their showroom after a pleasant phone call with one of their reps came in wasn't even greeted with a hello and walked around for 10 minutes with no help at all. There was a woman ahead of me that was waiting that hadn't been helped yet while another customer was taken care of. I'm a small business and every dollar I spend matters to me. I prefer to give it to people that will at least make eye contact or say hello when we walk in I certainly wouldn't want to do business with somebody where I walked around for 10 minutes without so much as a acknowledgment that I was there.
