However, I brought this up to my contact at Fount Media (John), and he promptly took action to find resolution. We agreed on solution and all is well now. Fount Media made a wrong into a right. **I cannot comment on the value of their lists compared to others, but I can say that the list we received (2600 QTY) was not ideal for our needs, but again, Fount Media acknowledged this and salvaged the situation.

Nathan was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly. After we agreed on the terms I received the contract and requested some changes which were accommodated, I paid the deposit and had it confirmed. On the day of the event Nathan showed up on time and was able to photograph the most important things to us which we had asked for in advance, he took many photos and they were of great quality, he stayed longer to make sure we had all the shots, he was professional and courteous. The photos were delivered as promised within a few business days. I would no doubt hire AlphaScape when needed.
