I purchased a pair of hearing aids three years ago and found out that I was overcharged substantially and my insurance forms were not submitted. After pursuing a refund with the backing of my insurance, I was finally refunded the excess amount. Technical staff had to be reminded that I needed the feature of shifting high frequencies to lower frequencies in the range I could hear. I had one aid fail about a month left in warranty, the aid was repaired and I felt it was same prior to failure, I requested an appointment by phone message one prior to warranty expiring and after getting no response I left two additional messages. The office coordinator called and said the appointment would not be covered under warranty and that I would have to pay. I took my business elsewhere. read more
