I got a new set of hearing aids and in less than three years, the left one needed to be replaced four times. It still wasn't working. Frustrated, I returned to Complete Hearing and saw Dr. Sandra Miller. I walked out with new hearing aids that are rechargeable and I can hear in both ears. They are absolutely incredible. Having been to a couple of different hearing aid places, I can tell you that Complete Hearing does a more thorough hearing test than I've had anywhere else. Not only did Dr. Miller test my hearing the usual way, she also tested my cochlea. She took plenty of time to adjust the hearing aids and to explain how to use them with the app on my phone. I read the other reviews. All I can say is that those folks have not been to other providers. Complete Hearing is top-notch.

When I went up to pay for them she said that would be $75. I said I thought you said $50. Yes, but it's $25 because they had to reconnect them to app on my phone. My complaint is this: I can reconnect them myself and had tried several times, but there is this one button that got closed that should have been on. If they had spent time with me when I received the hearing aids explaining this I can handle it myself. That's not the service you expect from a hearing aid specialist. I should have gone to COSTCO and paid 1/2 the price. Then I wouldn't have been so disappointed.

After pursuing a refund with the backing of my insurance, I was finally refunded the excess amount. Technical staff had to be reminded that I needed the feature of shifting high frequencies to lower frequencies in the range I could hear. I had one aid fail about a month left in warranty, the aid was repaired and I felt it was same prior to failure, I requested an appointment by phone message one prior to warranty expiring and after getting no response I left two additional messages. The office coordinator called and said the appointment would not be covered under warranty and that I would have to pay. I took my business elsewhere.

I didn't even get through the front door. I was referred to ENT Specialists, P.C. by my trusted…read moredoctor. Unfortunately, my first and only experience with them was very brief. I called in to schedule my initial appointment. I was greeted by a really rude receptionist. I didn't get her name but I was turned off because I thought if the front office staff treat potential patients or their current patients like I was treated I was in big trouble. It is bad enough I was really sick and I needed to be seen. Begrudgingly, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. After hanging up, I thought about how poorly I was treated. I thought to myself do I really want to see Ms. Grumpy face to face? Do I want to be treated like a doormat? I decided I was so sick I didn't want to be treated that way. I called Ms. Grumpy back. I canceled my appointment. I bluntly told her she was very rude. I didn't give her a chance to respond and I hung up. Now if I was her, I would be nervous I treated a potential patient/moola so poorly. I would have called the person back and apologized for being so rude or coming off as rude. I had really hoped I would hear from her. Nope. Ms. Grumpy is just that grumpy and rude.
